I expected this to be a 1-2 star review. I feel bad even having that attitude and I’m so glad it isn’t the case. The buying experience was smooth, but fast forward 6 months after a few visits for recall updates and regular maintenance. There was a mishap during one of my visits, Orem Mazda’s service team was so quick to fix their mistake, communicate through everything (this is HUGE) and get me back on the road so quick. They made my car a priority and made things right. We’re all human, but how you correct a situation says A LOT about you as a company!

I just purchased my 3rd Mazda from Orem Mazda. The process is always transparent and open. Jordan helped me with my purchase this time and it was great that he and the sales managers continue to remember me by name and my family throughout the process. Buying a vehicle can always feel like a laborious process and Orem Mazda makes it easy by giving transparent pricing and a personal walkthrough from start to finish. I bought a Mazda 3 Hatchback and I was able to drive the very vehicle I ended up purchasing. The easy sales process and the only place that offers the "million mile warranty" makes Orem Mazda the place for me and my family.

Jordan Geigenmiller was our salesperson and he was excellent in helping us to find the right car. He was very patient with us and he came in on his day off to finalize the sale! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and he was very low pressure which I can’t say is common among car sales people. I highly recommend him and Orem Mazda.

Let me be clear, more than likely buying a car for most is stressful. When i came to the Orem Mazda dealership I had just come from the downtown SLC location and it was AWFUL. I mean, not just them being manipulative, pushing you too hard, and treating you like you were incompetent, it was worse. I came to Orem reluctant to even buy another Mazda after i came in to the Downtown location, though this experience was much better. I had Max G, help me find a car in my range and he was pretty exceptional and i hope others learn from him. I told him very directly that i was not expecting any BS and i needed him to be upfront, direct and genuine for this to work to buy a car. And did just that, he did not do what most do. He stopped talking and let me explain what i needed, which in the end worked because now i have a new car. This dealership is very family-owned company with probably a couple of exceptions the manager was nice, looked me in the eyes when i talked, and didn't interrupt. Many salespeople i find agitating but im also a ridiged personality. But i can't say anything better than that, so anyways thats my experience.

Upgraded our family car to a 2021 Signature CX-9 this past weekend. Thanks to Quinton Lee, we found our dream car that we didn't realize was our dream car and were able to go home in a reliable family ride that both my husband and I, love. Quinton was very knowledgeable and polite. Nate Speer helped us with the paperwork and had us on our way. Although we spent all day test driving different models, then talking numbers with Quinton & Nate, I'd say it was a day well spent. Quinton may have just convinced us to shop Mazda any time we are looking for a new vehicle. Thank you Orem Mazda.

I have a 2004 Mazda 3 with only 78,000 miles. I’ve been going to Orem Mazda for 16 years.I’ve stayed because they have been fair and kind with me. Telling me if there is a problem with my car. Not pushing a bunch of last minute service on me. They explain things very well and if I don’t get it…..I’ll ask and they explain again. I love the service guys. Monte was my advisor for years. Now I go in and Wayne, the service manager , always comes to talk to me and check if I’m ok. I am 72 years old and I am grateful for their personal attention.I plan on keeping with these guys for the duration.

We bought an as is trade in that was recently priced dropped to move it off the lot. Salesmen was nice and upfront. Finance guy was also pleasant to work with. The location is clean and accommodating. Communication was good and everything was as simple as we expected for this kind of transaction.

We had a great experience, purchasing my new car. Deb is awesome!! I never felt pushed into anything and it was like she was a good friend by the time we left. She knew answers to nearly every question we asked, but if she didn’t, she went to find out.Everyone else was very kind and helpful! I felt like I was leaving my little blue car “trade-in“ with people that will take care of it!

I came to Orem Mazda when I received a recall notice from the manufacturer. Scheduling was a great experience. Jennifer was so kind & helpful, calling me back when I needed it and following up so well. The part needed was available right away. The service tech offered all the information I needed upfront so I didn't have to ask a thing, and he was positive and reassuring. My repair was done within the time frame expected. I even received a complimentary overall inspection, which brought a couple of pressing safety needs to my attention. I'm grateful & satisfied. Way to go, Orem Mazda!

Bought our first mazda and our first brand new car here. Their service is the best. They are all very friendly and accommodating and will help you all through everything. Quinton was very helpful and made sure that we are taken cared of. Nate was also very nice and helped us throughout the process. Would highly recommend to get your car here.

If you’re dreading buying a new car because of the same reasons I was A.) finding a reliable, dependable car that keeps its valueB.) Taking time off work to go car shopping because of how long the process is &C.) Dreading the “sales pitch” and pushy sales men that try to hound you to buy something you’re not interested in to make a profit / being taken advantage of.I can say from personal experience that Mazda in Orem was not what I was expecting at all. I came in 6pm on a Friday and the sales rep I had Beau was absolutely phenomenal, he never pushed anything on me and only asked questions of what I needed / my budget & was shopping for MY needs & not his cut of profit.He was helpful- but cut straight to the point with my questions w/o the lengthy sales pitch. The process was smooth & Beau stayed after hours to help answer any questions I had / get me the best deal.I’m in love with my new Car, it drives so smooth without touchy brakes, so if you’re looking into buying a Mazda I highly recommend this location and requesting Beau as your sales guide! Thx again Beau!

Max at Orem Mazda was a delight to work with to get our new car. We got to try a variety of cars and worked with him as we figured out what would work for us.We were greeted quickly and offered drinks. He answered any and all our questions. Plus filled in a lot of questions we didn’t even know we had. The rest of the team from the sales manager to the finance manager were also fantastic with assisting us through the process. No games, no gimmicks, just plain good service.

Everyone that we worked with at Orem Mazda was awesome. They were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. The process was simple and I never felt pressured. It was an overall great experience. Thanks to Josh and Deborah in sales and Nate in finance for being awesome to work with. Service department has been great for us. We’ve been bringing our 2008 Mazda 3 here (previously a different name but same location) for 15 years and they have always taken great care of it for us. It’s still plugging along with almost 300k miles. We just recently purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 because of our great experience with our ‘08. Both cars have been serviced lately and I’m thankful we got the warranty on the 2017 because it would have been a large amount to have to pay without it. Service department is Knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We had a great experience with Orem Mazda and our sales person Al. They were never pushy, gave us lots of time to make our decision, and made sure we knew how to make all of the systems in the car function before driving away. I feel like they went above and beyond to make the deal work for us. We went to multiple dealers trying to decide on the right car for us and we really feel like the Mazda is giving us the best value for our money for the features that were important to us.
