Store hours online and on the physical building showed closing at 8pm on Sunday. I showed up at 7:15pm and the LED “open” sign was illuminated. But the doors were locked and no one was inside. Pretty pathetic and very disappointing

The man named Tony that works here is truly THE MAN! I broke down in the Best Buy parking lot nearby and he did everything he possibly could to help me out. He was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If I'm ever in the city again and need parts I'll go to this O'Reilly store just because he works there.

I bought a headlight bulb and didn't know how to replace it. I looked online that O'Reilly can do that for free. I arrived and asked a staff member to help me. His name was Skylar, and he was very friendly, and the process for changing the bulb only took like five minutes. I don't know much about cars, but Skylar was nice and patient in helping me. Even though I didn't purchase anything at this place, they still offered this service for free, and I appreciated that so much! AND they provided good service. I checked later that the bulbs are the same price at this and other auto shops, so in the future, I'm definitely buying the parts and getting it fixed here instead of going to any other places! Thank you, O'Reillys!

Needed a socket plug for my blinker. They were very friendly, helpful and quick in getting me the part. I wanted to make sure it was the right part so I went and immediately installed it while at the store. It was perfect but in the process my battery died! I went back in and they were again very helpful and gave my battery a quick jump start to get me on my way. Thank you O'Reilly for being so great with me! 10/10 -JK

I went here last Monday to get a new battery for my car. Sam, the assistant manager was extremely helpful! She helped replace my battery and answer any questions I had. I was back and forth in the store three times that day and she was kind and helpful each time. Thanks, Sam!

CLARK IS THE BEST!!!! Ask for him if you need help getting your plates on or need a couple auto body parts fixed!! Seriously the best customer service I could ask for coming to an auto shop!

If you want someone that knows nothing about cars, will give you attitude at no extra charge and be a complete pessimist then visit this store and ask for Greg! If that's what you're looking for when buying parts then I highly recommend! Enjoy your life in your moms basement with that attitude especially for "management".

Always helpful, they give great tips in regards to fixing issues with your car. The workers there give great insight and can advise on what you should take to the mechanic and what you can do yourself, and general tips that help you to not get ripped off. I've always felt like they genuinely cared and were extremely helpful with answering questions and really identifying and solving the problem, whatever it is.
