Customer service is horrible, I tried to cancel subscription. Called, emailed multiple times and I’m still receiving the product and being charged. There is no way to cancel on their website.

Just bought a bottle for the first time and I cannot get the cap off. So if i ever get the cap off I hope I like the scent. Why is it a child proof cap? Rrrr
