We purchased a rebuilt Toyota Corolla from this place last year. The price was fine, and a mechanic gave us a thumbs up so we bought it. This month we had in to an auto body shop and they discovered massive amounts of frame and interior damage that was never fully fixed. This included the right door which was full of filler and hanging on by a single bolt. We spent $8,000 getting all the previous damage fixed.
Not such a great price in the end.
The body shop told us the right door would've fallen off eventually. Imagine that happening while driving on the freeway.

The salesman Carlos was extraordinary. He first showed us the Carfax the showed us the van.All concerns we had with the van, which we knew was a good price, the dealership was more than happy to have mechanocally fixed at their own expense.Carlos was patient and didn't press is to buy the car.In the end we bought the van and are very happy with Mountain View Auto Sales' prices and service.

Super nice sales manager, showed me the car fax's and answered all of my questions. Bought a Toyota Corolla and had it inspected, was in great condition. Super reliable!

Very happy with our purchase, finding the Van we were looking for at an excellent price, and once we bought it they fixed details that the Van had, a very good experience with Cristobal very attentive in all matters, I definitely recommend Mountain View auto sales.

Louis is a great guy to work with. We had some problems with the car that we bought and even though we bought it AS is Where is. Louis bent over backwards to help us get it fixed. They did a great job.

This dealership and Ruben (who sold it it to us ) has been amazing, honest, and helpful. It looks like a small business but has been one of the best dealerships I have gone through. ( I have gone through a lot of cars ) I bought A Ford Edge 2012 eco boost from them that I love. when we bought it they told us they found a crack in the radiator. it wouldn't have been a problem now but eventually it would be. So they had me bring it back to them a week later to have that replaced. From my experience I have never had anyone be trustworthy up front and give great customer service. Later I found my brakes would randomly go out and they still fixed it for me and got me in as soon as possible. In the meantime they lent me a car so I can still get my kids around and go to work. I would highly recommend this dealership because they thrive for excellent customer service and they genuinely care for there customers.

Ruben was very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed without being pushy or anything. Top notch service! Their prices are also very good - I researched for way too many hours, and Mountain View had the best prices we could find. Would recommend!

Bought a car for my daughter and Ruben was awesome! Even though this is a small dealer and from my experience it appears that Ruben runs the whole show, he was very helpful and gave great customer service. He also willingly made arrangements & took the car to our 3rd party mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection and that made things very easy. I got a good car at a good price and would feel comfortable buying another car from them.
