I recommend taking your bike elsewhere for service. If you do bring it here, be forewarned that any part cost from them is going to be ~180% more expensive than if you buy it yourself, and that they’re not going to do any more than the minimum for service, with full labor costs.Since I originally brought my bike in for new tires a month and a half ago, (which they quoted me at $275 more than the price I bought them myself at), I’ve had to return twice more for issues that could have been fixed at first service.

Great experience. Was definitely worth the extended drive.. Planned on just selling them my old bike that’s been sitting in the garage all year. But after the unexpected trade in offer and feeling as tho they genuinely cared about my situation. I ended up putting a deposit on an incoming CRF and left with a big surprise for my son! I really appreciate that I was introduced to the parts and service departments as well. Thanks Monarch for all of your efforts…

Improvement in honesty, reliability, and integrity need work.They offered to buy my brothers bike for less than asking offer but he agreed and drove down with it anyways. This was not a short drive by any means and once he was there they made him wait over an hour. Kept trying to talk him down even lower and after awhile weren’t very respectful, professional, or kind. He understandably started to get frustrated as they went back and forth with him and landed on offering $1100 less than they said when he drove down. He was there for more than 4 hours, gone all day, wasted $60 in gas, and left with nothing after they tried to take advantage of him. He is understandably upset with them. He was already sad to see the bike go for lower than he planned on excepting and then they changed went back on their offer after he drove hours out to get there.If you’re offered anything for your bike I would not trust or believe what they have to say. I have high hopes their customer service will improve so others do not have to experience a day like today.To the reply made on my review. Please extend your “courtesy” in person next time and not just when it’s made public. Customer service can make or break a business, I’ve read past reviews and this is not a new thing for you guys it appears. So if you are going to make better of it you should’ve started along time ago when similar accusations were made against you. Actions speak louder than words.

We contemplated for years about buying a bike for my son but we finally pulled the trigger and bought a 110 for him and a 125 for either my husband or I to ride with him. So far they have loved them! The staff at Monarch was awesome and helped us pull off a big birthday surprise for my son! Derek helped us finance them and has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy!

I just bought a 2014 used Goldwing and my wife and I were headed up the Mirror Lake highway. On the way the engine light came on at 800 N. We stopped by to see if my bike was toast or not. Alex and Steve saved our day. They quickly took the seat off and checked the codes and to my relief it was nothing major and we continued on with our trip. They, including Rudy also suggested 44k gas treatment to help clean out the system which I did. Alex and Steve also reminded me that my 20k mile service was due which I plan on. Alex, Steve and Rudy saved the day and put my mind at ease. I've been a loyal customer for years and it'll continue. Thanks guys!!!

I wasn't going to leave a review as I didn't have anything good to say after my last service visit. However, I found an issue related to that visit and talked to them about it. Even though it's been a month since I picked the bike up they did everything that they could to make it right. All while listening and being very respectful. Things happen no matter where you go but a company that is willing to fix it shows integrity and love for their customer base. I trust Monarch Honda and I don't see any reason why someone would want to shop elsewhere. Thanks guys!

The service provided was amazing! They worked with my insurance company and provided a quick quote which caused a very quick turn around for me to get my bike back on the road. Alex in service was awesome to work with, and made the experience great leaving me with no worries about my bike.

We bought a new dirt bike for my daughter. Great service and a quick process. We are very happy with our new bike. The salesman even stayed late to meet us as we got stuck in traffic.

I was purchasing oil change supplies for my 20 year old dual sport. A sales chump approached me saying "you want to know what's best for that very bike?" He then started to sell me a fuel additive for cleaning the fuel system. I asked him which part of a carburetor it cleaned...he said "all of it".Buddy, just sell me a can of carb cleaner or grips, but don't tell me a fuel additive will maintain a carburetor. I won't be going to this dealership again.

I wanted to give a shout out to Derek Diedrichs at Monarch for helping me with all the paperwork on my 2023 300L dual sport. He made the entire process very easy for me and gave me great advice on the bike with lots of helpful tips. This is a big investment for me and I'm very grateful to Derek, he's a first rate salesman!

I was having trouble with a work trailer and after calling almost 8 different places around Utah and Salt Lake county, no one would even look at. I called monarch and they told me to bring it by the following morning at 9am. I brought it in and showed the service department what was going on and asked if it could be done as soon as possible because I used the trailer for work. I got a call at 2:30 pm saying it was fixed. I went and picked it up and the trailer is running flawlessly. These guys are definitely on the level. Great service, fair pricing, I’ll definitely use them in the future.

No stars. Sons bike quit running so we had Monarch pick it up for us. 2-1/2 weeks later they told me they ran it and can't find any problems. Charged me $270 to change the oil and coolant (at least they told me they did). Son picked up the bike and got 5 miles away from Monarch and it sputtered to a stop. Wasted time and money to have anything done at Monarch PowerSports. Not sure how the rest of the departments are but the PowerSports team is worthless.

I had a great experience purchasing a Honda ADV160. They were fairly quick and adjusted quickly to my needs. Not pressuring me to purchase warranty etc, while making sure I was aware of benefits and associated expenses of added services. I would feel comfortable purchasing at this location again.
