The store is never open on time usually 20 minutes to a half an hour later than posted. That is considered false advertisement and you're wasting your customers time that they have to sit there and wait for the employees to open the store. I watched three cars already leave the parking spaces in front of the store because no one was there to take care of their customers on time. They lost my business I'll go spend my $700 on a phone elsewhere now.

My Internet box acted up. When they offered me deals to compensate they refused to do them. Due to this they costed me an additional 200 dollars on top of the bill. Worst customer service ever.

I loved this metro location! I've been in different metro's, but the girl who assisted me really was looking to actually help me. The prices were great and so far a clean space! Definitely coming back!

The guy never wants to help or gives you the run around on where to go. He just always tells you to call. He doesn't have the best interest in actually helping a customer in there needs.

There is a young girl that works there that is not doing business correctly. She lied to me and said I cannot put my SIM card into another Metro compatible phone.she said they would call this an upgrade and that I would need to get a new phone. She also signed me up for the most expensive unlimited plan and a $10 insurance plan in case I've ever had a defective battery something I would never do and I did not ask for I suggest you make this right and reach out to me or else I'm going to continue to put you on blast.

The girl that was doing our phone stuff she was so rude when we asked her again how much the phone was I’m not sure what’s her name but she was rude when we asked that question honestly I was gonna tell her something but I didn’t wanna be rude like she was being to us I hope you guys and the manager talks to all his employees about treating the customer with respect and kindness AND HONESTY DONT WASTE UR TIME HEREE!!!

The agent who was in the store gave me very good service and a very good price, thank you and I lowered the rate from 200 dollars to 100 dollars in 4 lines... I was on t mobile...

The manager of this store is an absolute rat. He would be screaming at his employees and disrespect them in front of clients. Also, prices are better in other Metro stores. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
