Terrible experience, the staff named Olivia was friendly at first along with her colleague with glasses but didn't know English that well & she just overpriced everything. I only came to upgrade my phone.. they usually have deals.. i have been with Metro Pcs for +10 yrs before the 2 companies(T-Mobile)emerged. The worst part is that they didn't even have a charger inside the phone box that supposed to be included with every new phone you purchased. I also won a "free" Tlc Tab 8 from the wheel spin they had outsideof the store & as I walked inside to the counter she than tells me I still have to pay for activation etc when I have free wifi I can use at home? Plus, I thought it was free since i won that from the wheel spin!? It was just a sketchy business. I will never again come to this store ever again.. so be careful with these "Public Representatives." Both Olivia & her colleague with glasses who just went along with it.. can't be trusted, scamming loyal customers who have been with Metro PCS since 2014.. +10 years.. Also Got My Phone # Blocked Right After!?? owner should not ignore this as workers you hire on like these people will make your business look bad & are the reasons you have bad reviews..

You ask for a plan, they sell another, they make you buy a phone, then they charge you another price, terrible service.

It says it opens on Sundays and is closed, is it so difficult to update that information???? If so, I can't imagine what it will be like to resolve any service.

Called before driving down here (We live 2 counties away) and was told they would hold the last phone we were looking for. It was supposed to be free with a number port. After going through everything she tells us it would ALMOST be free.... 50 dollars. When we question it she calls her boss and they say sorry it's being held for someone else for 100.We left.

Just got inside to talk about opening an account but within 5 minutes none came up and said "can i help you?" blah..It wasn't like that previous time i came in.. Only 2 people working..
