Super professional, honest, and courteous. I bought a '06 Lexus LX 470. Karl was amazing. The vehicle was even more amazing LOL. It was in mint shape. Cannot believe the condition of this vehicle. The price was more than fair. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're going to purchase a vehicle. It was a rebuild and it looked brand new. I definitely got a better deal buying a rebuild that I would have just getting some random used car from somebody else. That's because they took the time and effort to make sure the vehicle was in perfect shape.

Exceptional service. Outstanding help in getting damages repaired quickly, for the estimated cost AND in the time he said it would take. I brought in my van the day after getting into an accident, Karl told me he would do the work for what my insurance had quoted us even though our insurance purposely low balled the estimate. Once he got to work it was done within days and it looked brand new! Like it had never been in an accident in the first place! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!! Karl and metro have become my auto body shop for life! Thank you so much !!!!

The quality of a company is sometimes best evident when there are problems to resolve. The job Metro worked on for me was problematic, requiring several return visits. Karl maintained a positive and helpful attitude through the whole process and gave excellent service and communication. I used Metro Collision for a out of pocket repair on a car. Their bid was lower than four other collision shops. I just happened to see their business as I was driving off from another collision shop bid and stopped in. Karl was so nice and he put me on the schedule for the next week.
