“Walking into this place as a minor with no parents I expected no service or poor service, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. Chase P. was very helpful as he immediately approached, and asked if I needed help. I then asked him if they had a pink suit which he promptly found for me. I tried it on and it looked great. Overall it great experience and Chase was very helpful.”

“Love it here, and the people there are always nice and considerate. I wish the store was bigger cause its so packed with how tiny it is and even more so when there are people there and they are always at least a few people if not then there are a ton of people making a tight squeeze or having to wait to see things. I also wish there was more of a selection of products, especially in the plus sizes. Other than those few things, I love it here and the product they sell and is one of my go to places for fun, unique, cute, and fandom type clothing, accessories, and much more!”

“OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in.”

“Box Lunch has amazing customer service and a great selection of products/gifts to choose from! They have something for literally everyone on my list for Christmas and every time I go in I am greeted with a smile without fail. I signed up with my email and got $5 to spend on anything (no min purchase required) which was such a sweet surprise! We ended up getting a $5 item and only had to pay tax!! I would definitely recommend Box Lunch and love visiting as often as I can.”

“I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. While there, I decided to try on some jeans. Lacey took such good care of me! She was so professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. She gave suggestions of the style of jeans I wanted and never made me feel pressured. I ended up not getting anything today, however; I will be back and hope to work with her again when I do. Thanks for the pleasant experience!”

“My daughter and I stopped in at the gap close to closing time. we tried on several items of clothing. The two ladies working were so kind and sweet, and never made us feel like a burden. They helped us out and gave us the best customer service. We were super grateful for their kindness and the great experience we had on February 29.”
“Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.”

“I rarely go to the mall these days. We got the help we needed when we wanted it and our gal even placed a special order for me because they didn’t have my size. It will be sent right to my house so I don’t have to come back and get it AND shipping was free! Can’t wait! ? Our gal was kind, courteous, and wasn’t trying to rush us even thought it was closing time. I’m sad I can’t remember her name though. (April 27th just before 9pm maybe you can find her based on the schedule) and I got the email right away, but it was in my spam folder so be sure to check there.”

Did not feel rushed and he took the time to call another store to get my shirt shipped. Great experience and will be a returning customer.”

“Great place to shop - look for the deals isle for steals. Usually deals here are misleading (for example the sign will say they will have $10 tee shirts, but it really in the fine print it means the second one you buy you get for $10). Good selection of tshirts, vans, and pants for men.”

She had a big smile the whole time and was super friendly to everyone in the store. I could tell she was working her butt off to keep the store tidy as well as she helped me find what I was looking for. Even helped at the checkout. She’s awesome and honestly is the reason I’ll be returning to this store! 5 stars!”
