Tom and Ben are great. They answered every question I had and were so helpful in getting the right fit. It’s nice to know I have a physical place to go back to if I have questions in the future or need help. This is one instance where dealing with people is better than ordering online—they are so friendly and helpful and make it an easy experience. I can trust them and their prices and their expertise.

Best place to get a true fitting for your CPAP mask. Go home with what works, now. Don't waste time with the back and fourth sending a mask back, a new one is mailed out, trying a new one again, time-consuming red tape! That could take weeks and you'll still not know if there's a mask out there that works better for you!
Go to medical equipment outlet and take care of it in one setting and go home tonight with a mask that's best for you! Extremely good customer service. They'll customize for you, what you need. All the corp chain national medical supply companies, want to shoe horn you into a one size fits all solution and they treat you like a number, not a person. This company will customize for what you need and treats you like a person. Best experience by far I've had at a medical supply store!

Ben and Rob and the whole staff have been stellar! I had a bad experience at Intermountain Sleep Clinic, but was determined to move forward and get the help I needed. They let me make my choices on mask trials and respected my decisions. I tried the nasal pillow with success! So happy with their expert knowledge, patience, teamwork, and 30 day exchange policy for most items. Also, they have been lifesavers as I have had follow-up questions about my app and mask use. You won’t regret going here!

I've been to their store a few times and each time, the people that I spoke with were amazing. I believe it's a father and son and they are both super helpful and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered, the product instructions understood, and I felt really valued as a customer. It's not every day you come across such great service. Can't recommend them enough! I have had a horrible rash on my face and was looking for a BiPAP mask that would help avoid the rash around my nose. They worked with me to help my situation and were so kind and knowledgeable. Definitely go to them if you need help with medical supplies!

Tom was so nice and patient as we tried out the mobility scooters. Tom was extra helpful explaining any questions I had and making sure I knew the ins and outs of the scooter I bought and let me test drive them all over and over. He couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. I highly recommend this place! Happy customer here!

Fantastic service! Needed supplies when visiting from california, couldnt wait til return home.. got vip treatment from owner Tom., learned more about whats and hows about gear and masks than I knew in wearing CPAP for 12 years, trying a new mask F20..thx for friendly service and expert advice!

I was in a pinch - my new mask had a design change and I was not provided the parts I need for the mask to work. I was traveling through the area and every other cpap supply store from SLC to Salem would not talk to me unless I transferred my prescription from my out of state provider. Tom and Ben were very kind and supported me to get the two nonprescription parts that I was lacking! Thank you very much for having good old fashion customer service, I am beyond thankful and so is my wife!!
