I had some issues with repairs done by Martin’s Collision almost a year later, and was frustrated. I complained about it, and they reached out to me. They were flexible with my schedule, and addressed every issue. They even had to hunt down and buy my air adjuster handles off of someone because it’s not a part you can order. Jessica was awesome and kept me informed while they worked on my car. They were quick and thorough, and really went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you, Martin’s Collision!

The personel in the shop are awesome, courteous, friendly, professional and dedicated to make you experience the best possible. Have your car damaged is not a good thing, but Martins employees go above and beyond to make the best possible to you. We are clients since 2001, and I will continue to take my cars there even tough I live in SLC. They are fantastic.

Very professional and great customer service! Awesome to work with and quick responses! I got rear ended in a parking lot and they were very willing to work with me and the other person for payments and updates on repair! Car looks great and was so clean :)

Martins collision was amazing! They made my car look like it was brand new, they were very easy to work with, they communicated well and gave me updates on when my car would be ready. They took care of all of the coordination with the insurance company to make the process really simple and easy for me. Can’t say enough great things about this place!
