If you are gardener please do not buy plants from Lowe's unless you know when they get their plants in. Lowe's kills their plants very quickly and after a day or so of having these new plants they start to look like their are on their death beds. Their employees do not know much about their plants that they sale so they are not much help. they also sale their dead plants for normal price unless they remember to put their plants on the discount rack. I've worked at Lowe's and I can personally tell you ever sense they got a new manager Lowes has spiraled. their employees are not happy to be there so you don't get good service. so if you are looking for better service with plants go to a garden nursery or Home Depot. Home Depot is overall superior to Lowe's. Inside the store and out side in the garden nursery. the plants are healthier and the staff are happier and more helpful.

I bought a riding mower at the Lowes in Orem. When I got home I discovered there was no key to start the engine. I called 6 times, got the recording each time. I don't know who is supposed to answer questions but I waited over 20 minutes for the 6 calls, for someone, anyone to answer my call. I don't know how any business could stay in business with this poor customer service. My last call before I had to go back to the store was hung up by the store after waiting over 7 minutes. If it weren't so much trouble I'd take this back and shop at Home Depot.

Went to lowes they had a set for 49 dollars both separately are 29 each manager refuse to homer the post even though it's was on lowes app just charge from home depot because I switched to flex tools but lowes suck ass

It's really nice to look up on their app before coming. It's just hard if you go to where it says it is and they haven't updated the new location. But you can usually ask someone. The store is clean and helpful employees! We come here often!!

Holy crap come up with a better way to do your credit card application. I got in line and after 10 min of ringing up the fool ahead of me who holds up the entire line because he has decided to take the cashiers suggestion and apply for a credit card. So I hop the line to another one, I'm now 4 people deep in line. 3 customers all just say no to the credit card suggestion. They just swipe a card and move on, but not the gentleman ahead of me. Yep he decided wow that's a good idea. Are you kidding me? Yes once again I hop the line. That poor cashier asked if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed? Like I had another half hour to tell her my email? All I went for was one sprinkler part and now it's to dark to work on them tonight.

I normally have a great experience in my usual Lowe's, but this day I was in a location I have never been before. The app on my phone worked, for the most part, for locating items I wanted so no issue there. When I went to check out I told the clerk I was a veteran so to get the discount, and his response was "What do you want me to do, clap?" Sometimes I regret serving my county when I have to deal with assholes like that.

I searched online for a gas range with a downdraft to replace a Jenn Air range. I found one at Lowes and ordered it online. It wasn't available for several weeks, which I understand, and in the meantime I arranged for the installation through their company. I was was told that I needed to order a new electrical cord to have onsite and I clarified that we were replacing a Jenn Air that had a downdraft and other than not knowing what a Jenn Air was the install technician promised that they could do that for a charge of $139. When I tried to order the cord I was told they could not include it with the order for the range and I would have to come into the store to purchase it separately. I was also told I could not prepay the installation charge online but would have to come into the store. On my store visit I was informed that I actually didn't need a new electrical cord (good news) but they said they could not install the range because of the down draft (bad news). When I commented that I thought it was strange that they couldn't install one of their own appliances the young female salesclerk said she that she thought it was strange that I would order an appliance that I couldn't install myself. I am 72 years old and did not appreciate the comment. Also when I asked to get the military discount they told me I had to fill out forms prior and they didn't have any forms. I cancelled my order and will not be shopping at Lowes anymore

Extra nasty staff: Unwilling to help me find or move a 22 foot ladder, check out cashier seemed unable to speak and would not assist me in any way for payment or getting the ladder out of the store. The only thing I can guess is that they want you to staff their positions and tip them afterwards. TERRIBLE!

Their garden center is deplorable. It doesn't matter what time of year you visit. I went this past spring and the vast majority of the plants were literally rotting. I chalked it up to a wet spring although they could have easily been moved and placed under cover. Thought I would try them for the summer. Well again instead of over watered the plants were under watered and dying. I happened to be at Lowe's for something unrelated this fall and popped my head into the garden center to see if they had and gourds or pumpkins. It was the worst I'd ever seen it. They were selling plants that were literally dead. Oh they greatly reduced the price but it was embarrassing. The plants should have been tossed long ago. There wasn't a single mum that was salvageable. If I was the manager of the garden center at this location I would be incredibly embarrassed.

This is absolutely the worse store I've ever been too. Staff is lazy, they WILL NOT HELP YOU. Every time I go they are extremely disrespectful. They will roll their eyes at you and they will give you attitude. If you're a POC expect to be disrespected and mistreated by staff. I Yesterday I witnessed an argument between an employee and a customer because the customer had forgotten their wallet in the car. The employee yelled at the woman and management did nothing!! Worse store ever. They have shit customer service. Save your money and go to Home Depot. They'll actually help you.

Our fridge broke down while we had guests staying. I called Lowe's and spoke to Wendy who went over and beyond in getting us a quick delivery date for a new one. She was so kind and and helpful. I only shop for appliances with Lowe's, because of their excellent service.

Walked around for over 30 min looking for someone to help me purchase a bbq and to get a piece of wood cut to size... was told twice "gimme a sec" they would "send" someone to help.... when i went to customer service to ask to speak to a manager, the girl behind the counter asked me "what's your issue?" needless to say, I'm headed to Home Depot to buy my new Weber and get the piece of wood I need. Disgusted.....
