Their Amazon return line is always way too long. They need a second person helping with returns. There also seems to be no urgency when helping customers, even when the line is almost 25 long... please get some more help for the Amazon return line

The friendliest person helped me with an Amazon return!, But, unfortunately, the apparent manager was not very pleasant. I arrived at the store at 8:58 p.m., 2 minutes before closing. At 9:01 p.m., the apparent manager yelled an announcement to the three of us in line at Amazon returns that the store closed at 9:00 p.m. The woman in the front of the line looked at the manager stunned as if to say "what would you like me to do?" The next person in line said "well. I am ready to leave as soon as I get help." I said. "Would you like me to leave the store?" The woman hesitated and said "no, but we closed at 9:00!". I completed my return and left the store at 9:04 while lots of folks were still in the store and waiting for a cashier.I know it's difficult to find good help now. But I hope Kohl's can do better. Fortunately. I am almost always treated wonderfully at Kohl's and I'll keep coming back.

Convenient, clean, and decent price.I shop at Kohl's as often as I do Amazon returns. Their discount coupon is too tempting not to shop.

Would have been 5 but disappointed that they no longer carry Mudd brand. Everything else is great. Good prices. Not much selection for teens, only SO brand, which is drab.

This store has a lot of potential. I especially like that they have an Amazon drop-off point inside. They will give you a $10 voucher to use at Kohls when you drop off your Amazon returns in their store.
