They did an oil change service on me. When I got to work the engine was moving constantly. I took it to the nearest mechanic and he told me that they had put in too thin oil. They changed the oil for the correct one and I went to complain to the dealer and they did not take responsibility for their mistake. At least I wanted them to give me my money back in full and they did not. Be careful, one thinks that maintenance is safer at the dealers, but I see that it is not! At least not at the Nissan dealer in Orem.

Had my oil changed on my car It was a great experience! They sent me a video of the condition of my car that helped me know how my car was doing. Overall a great experience!!

I have gone to this location since 2017 and I appreciate the maintenance they’ve done for my car. They will send me videos on things that need to be replaced and even though there have been some small hiccups with communication, they will reach out to clarify.

Purchased a car from this dealership in 2019, and I have not been impressed with their service. I was talked into purchasing the “bumper to bumper” warranty which so far hasn’t covered anything that has needed to be fixed. Car has started having issues with acceleration, almost got rear-ended at a stop light. Took it in to have them look at the CVT because Nissan sent out a letter stating that there were known issues and that they extended the warranty because if them. Dropped my car off and after 26 hours I got a call telling me that they couldn’t find anything wrong, but then wanted to charge me $400 to change the transmission fluid. I declined and they hit me with a $189 diagnostic charge. I requested to meet with the Service Manager about the situation, and his response was “sorry we couldn’t find anything, but if you ever have issues again you can bring it back.”
I won’t be bringing my car back over and over to get hit with $189 charges for them to just look at the car and tell me they don’t know what’s wrong. $400 to swap out $100 fluid in 30 minutes is insane. Did not feel like I was treated fairly and it seems that the warranty I was tricked into getting will end up being wasted money. I do not recommend working with this business.
UPDATE:
In addition to wanting to change my transmission fluid, one of the long list of things they wanted to service was the cabin air filter. I decided to take a look when I got home and it was completely gone. Pretty sure I had one when I went in. One more reason to service my cars elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a vehicle to purchase I highly recommend this dealership, and be sure to ask for Billy Brown. He has helped me with several purchases over the years. Although I live about a 45 minute drive from this dealership, I won’t go anywhere else because of Billy. He is honest, kind and hard working and he really does try to help you get the perfect vehicle. Go see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!

My Nissan Salesman - Billy is so good. He’s easy to communicate w.always replies quickly to my calls air texts. Caring and helpful. He drove a vehicle to my home to let me try it for a few days. And took my vehicle back to the dealership to get it appraised. He even moved all the little kid car seats for me! He s been easy to work w and consistently professional. I’m very impressed. He understand my needs and experience w cars.

We bought a car and had a great experience at Ken Garff. Billy Brown was our salesman. He listened to what we were looking for and had cars ready to test drive. We never felt like we were being pushed into buying something we didn’t want. The whole process was quick and easy. We have recommended Ken Garff and especially Billy to our friends and family.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would!
I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and was assisted by Spencer. Initially, he appeared to be helpful and worked hard to secure what seemed like a good deal for us. Throughout our discussions, we asked repeatedly whether the price included sales tax, and Spencer assured us that it was.
Under this impression, we proceeded with the purchase. However, while filling out the paperwork, Spencer frequently highlighted the subtotal but consistently avoided mentioning the final total, which included additional fees. Due to the overwhelming amount of paperwork, we didn’t scrutinize the documents as closely as we should have. Consequently, we ended up with a loan that was approximately $5,000 more than we anticipated.
This experience has left us extremely disappointed.

And in the service department, Sierra did the calibrating in minutes instead of all day. I will be going back there for all of my future needs!
