I've purchased 3 cars from Ken Garff. I had multiple cars serviced here. They either have stopped caring or they are in such a financial position they can't take care of their customers. 7 weeks I waited for a recall. I got the car went to my next destination and battery I dead. This is after they refused to honor the warranty on my $3k new clutch and flywheel that had maybe 500 miles on it. They don't stand behind their values they claim and are mostly dismissive. I have to get my attorney involved now to resolve this. Avoid.

I was in the market for a new car and was talking to one of their sales reps for a bit. I tried shopping around and the rep seemed really annoyed with me like I was wasting his time. I ended up getting a way better offer (around $2k) by buying from a Vegas dealership. These guys likely know that any of their cars will get sold at close to their advertised price and don’t feel a need to compete on price.

I went to get my oil changed Saturday I specifically asked if any other fluids need to be updated and told them I’m driving to California the next day they said it will be good to go. No fluids needed until October when the fuel pump recall comes in. So I drive to California and an hr from the destination at night my car lights all pop on and my car is acting weird on the freeway I pulled off to the city and lucky five miles down the road there is a Honda but of course they’re closed. There is a Honda service guy in the back of the store washing a car he comes over since I’m a single mom with kids and does a test on it and he said it’s the transmission but said the fluids is probably low or gone since I can still drive. I’m upset I asked about fluids and was told nothing needed. I am hoping they can get us in today to either fix the fluid or now that I’ve driven hundreds of miles with it allegedly low to have to replace the transmission. My kids vacation is being shot. I’m losing tons of money of hotels that I can’t get to and Disneyland tickets, buying more hotels locally and additional costs for the car etc all because Honda wouldn’t do a through inspection and marked everything as green. What a disappointment

Out of the many dealerships (good and bad) I've been too, I have never in my life had a positive experience at a ken garff. The salesmen are insistent on their erroneous statements. I have not once, not twice, but three times, have three different sales man at three different ken garff try to tell me (a mechanic) that the issue I pointed out on the car isn't an issue because someone in the shop told them it was so, either the ken garff service center is that horrendous, or the sales man simply like to make things up and aren't knowledgeable enough to actually make a correct statement, personally I believe it to be the ladder but either is possible. Not sure where ken garff hires these guys, but holy cow are their no needed qualifications? Genuinely impressed with the poor quality of the entire franchise.

This place is just horrible. The service, the workers, the attitudes, the place. They are over booked, and simply don’t care about you. Don’t go if you don’t have to.

Had my Honda odyssey fixed. They had it for a day and a half. Rented me a van for free and have me a good deal on the work they did. Kylee was so helpful and Ben was a great mechanic

Ken Garff DOES NOT LISTEN. Left on hold with one of the employees for more than an hour and they just hung up! Bad service, would not recommend if you speak Spanish they take advantage of you and just want to sell you cars that don’t work or need work right after you buy one. I recommend going to a different dealership where THEY WILL HEAR YOU.

I’ve been calling for days already about my truck and they always put me on hold and don’t tell me anything about it. They say it will be ready one day then they say another day. It seems like employees do not hear me like they say they will on their billboard.

Better than my last visit where I waited 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Only waited an hour this time.

If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. 23 years ago Ken Garff orem sold myself 21, and my fiance 20, a honda with a warranty on a car that was unlawful to be warrantied. We had to get a lawyer to be able to return the car to them and they charged us $250 for driving the car for 3 days, our entire honeymoon fund. Today, 23 years later we thought we would give them another chance. They offered us $100 for our old Mazda in which we can part out for a minimum of $400-$500. This company is dishonest, lacks integrity and their billboard of “we hear you” could not be more epistemologically corrupt. We will sell and buy our vehicles anywhere but here and make sure we tell others as well.

Super professional and willing to work with you. They are not pushy salesmen. Work with Mark, he’s great.

Poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment on their website detailing the service we needed. We went out of our way to arrive at the appointment and when we did we were turned away because they wouldn’t have enough time to do the service. Not sure why the appointment was even listed or why someone doesn’t review appointments before accepting them.

Dealing with the service department has been the worst lately. So disappointed. If you don’t have a part for a recall don’t let me schedule a time to bring it in. Also, if the service center doesn’t know how your Saturday scheduling works maybe you should let them know? Just an idea. Also, I’ve so many issues with my Ridgeline you’d think I’d qualify for a lemon status on it. I’m so done with this place.
