I watched a worker threatening to assault a customer then when the customer asked to see a manager the worker threatened him again and then followed him to his car. I almost can’t believe I saw something like that in Utah county of all places the world is just getting crazy when a worker can threatened to assault a customer at a gas station for no reason. Definitely won’t be coming back here

Hamid was extremely unprofessional and threatened to fight me. I had a problem with his customer service and he told me ‘I get off at 6 if you want to come back and handle it then’ he is obviously unhinged and should not be working customer service at a place like this.I am so shocked and disgusted at his behavior I will be continuing to get in contact with Jackson’s corporate this is a worker who needs ti be severely reprimanded or even firedHe is not a manager and said if I come back he will ‘call the police’ but for what? I don’t know.

This store is a joke. Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine the workers have horrible attitudes and the manager lady doesn’t care about complaints. Reconsider your gas station if you go here

I was just at this location getting a drink and I watched an employee go up to a customer that was at the sandwich shop and just started harassing him and the guy tried to ignore him but the worker was going at it and then threatened to call the cops then the guy asked for a manager which at that point the worker threatened to fight him.

I call to get a price on theyre cigs and Diane the manager tells me she is not allowed to share price for legal reasons. So i ask what the price of a donut is and she cant share that either. I call Jackson a couple miles away and they give me all the info i need in less than 30 seconds. Whoever is in charge of sales and is relaying this to your manager. Youre not a car dealership. Youre a gas station. Give me youre price so that i dont walk 3 god damn miles to find out if i have enough cash for what i want or not. D*** beezys
