I went here because this place had the best reviews and I was NOT disappointed! I got my hair bleached because I wanted to change the color, and despite me having months of box dye built up on the ends, the gal who did my hair (I cannot remember her name, but she has long red hair) got it pretty darn light and even, way better than anything I expected. She took a lot of time to make sure we got the best results without killing my hair, which I appreciated so much. My hair is light and ready for a new color, AND it still feels really healthy. Amazing service, and I will absolutely be coming back!

Shaylie was amazing with my hair. She worked some magic on hair extensions. They look just like my natural hair color (tricky because I'm a red head). They feel like they are apart of my hair and growing out of my head. They feel so incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated how Shaylie was respectful of my budget, but also honest and realistic with what my expectations should be and the after care. The salon environment is so much fun to be apart of as well. It's like it's own family, literally. Laurie the salon owner has her 2 daughters working with her. Family members are in and out of the salon; aunts, cousins, and sisters who also are stylist in the area, and husbands. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It was truly an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who works there.Service: Hair extensions

I’ve been going to Image Maker for 4+ years and I’ve always left feeling happy and looking forward to seeing the girls next. Shaylie always takes such great care of me, and all the girls at the salon are so helpful. Lex does my hair and makeup and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I made an appointment over a week in advance to get my hair relaxed. Over the phone, I said I wanted a relaxer and trim. They booked me, and I rearranged my life to and made arrangements for my small children so I could go to this appointment.I arrive about five minutes early, and wait an additional 20 minutes for her to finish with her client. I explain to her I want a relaxer, and she clarified I indeed want a chemical relaxer, and not a Brazilian Blow Out. She says, that yes, she can do relaxers and proceeds to leave to get the product. After a few minutes, she comes back and says she doesn't feel comfortable with doing my hair because she hasn't done a relaxer in about a year. And the one person in the salon who can do relaxers, is not there today.What a huge waste of my time. While I am glad she was upfront and didn't burn my hair off, they should have scheduled me with the lady who CAN do relaxes in the first place.
