Bought a truck July 2024, i write this review in september 2024.
At first i really liked the place. Transaction went good, process went smooth, in and out real quick. No issues with the vehicle, no major surprises really. Fuel filter/oil filter service dash warnings came on almost immediately after leaving the lot on a less than 1/4 tank of diesel (not cool), wish they’d a done the service before i bought the truck, not a huge factor still.
My trade in was the major problem. Was told one price, offer was 2k short when i got there. I just drove 12 hours to get there, wasnt leaving without new truck, just thought that was a low blow. Was told I’ll save all sorts of money because of the utah tax laws…still had to pay over $3500 in unpaid tax on the truck.
They drug their feet big time on paying off my truck, resuling in a missed payment of more than 45 days on mine and my wifes credit report. Always had some sort of excuse when called upon to resolve the issue.
All in all, 3/10, would not recommend.

Bronson and the whole crew over at IDrive scoured the country for the hard to find Super Duty King Ranch F-350 in the unique Darkened Bronze paint color that I wanted and when the found it they went to work to make it a true one of kind work of 4x4 art. Truly an elite vehicle for an elite guy! (Me) They also got my business partners set up with trucks of their own for the true trifecta of four by four Fordtopia!

Super smooth process and easy to work with dealership. Braden made everything super clear and worked out a great deal for me considering the fact I drove from a couple states over. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

Found iDrive online through some pictures of their eye catching trucks. When we walked into the building Bronson greeted us and asked how he could help. He got us set up test driving various models and had some great recommendations. One thing I really appreciated was his honesty about certain features of the trucks. He told us what was nice and what had not been so good with his truck. We ended up getting a nice f150 and are super happy with it so far.

Bronson was Amazing. He walked us through the entire process of custom building trucks, step by step. Super reliable and responded to any questions and concerns that came up immediately. I would highly recommend Bronson and iDrive to anyone looking for a custom vehicle.

I am very very impressed. Braden, Scott, and the entire team are really really incredible. They are willing to do hard work and go above and beyond at the drop of a hat with any concerns or questions, you may have. If you don't like something - tell them. They will genuinely help and go out of their way to make it right. The way I am treated by the whole team really shows true character of a business and a level of customer service that needs to be used by more businesses.
