It was fine! Felt a little awkward, since it was just one big room and everyone in the other cubicles could hear everything I was saying, and vice versa. I feel like with taxes it should be a bit more private? But they were helpful and kind.

TL;DR: You're literally better off going anywhere else to do your taxes than HR Block.How HR Blocked charged me twice to do my taxes onceSo I filed my 2019 tax return through HR Block. They messed something up and now it is 2022 and still no tax return. I had to hire ANOTHER CPA to call the IRS, write the IRS, to figure out what was happening.Then I finally learned what HR Block messed up, called HR Block, told them they messed up, they said they wouldn't charge me to redo it. Came in, spent 2 hours redoing the taxes, only to be told $230.I said headquarters said it would be free, "oh let me call my manger. they didn't answer. I'll call you tomorrow" and never called me. I follow up two weeks later and the best they can do is $127.Like, you know you are losing a customer by recharging me right? In my mind, YOU messed up, you should REFUND ME and give me 2 years of interest.At this point, I don't even care, it has been 2 years, I just want to cut ties with HR Block, tell all of my friends to never use HR Block.Hope this is what you wanted HR Block :)You treated me like 1 star, and now you get a 1 star review :))))))

Cause she replied to all my mssgs and fixed problems I thought would delay my refund also when my son was throwing a tantrum while I was on the phone with her she understood and told me to take my time with him. Very understanding as a parent. Thank you Diane.

Went in to get my taxes done today and had all my tax forms downloaded onto my phone. As I was searching for the forms that the woman told me about 15 times that I needed which I told her I understood I was just looking for them. She acted like it was a hassle for me to be there and spend $310 to get my taxes done. For the amount of money I was spending on my taxes the woman anne lundell was extremely rude. She seemed like she was in such a rush to get to a post office that she didn't have the time to bother with me. I probably was going to spend more to do my taxes than the average person now I'm going elsewhere they lost my business for good. If you want to feel like you don't matter as a customer this is the place to go. As a business owner she would have been fired if she worked for me with that kind of attitude. I kind of feel like it was because she's Mormon and I have a mohawk and I'm covered in tattoos. Typical of people here in Utah I bet you if I was a Mormon man she would have taken the time to do my taxes.
