4 of us stayed there in three separate rooms and none of us could get hot water for a shower. La Quinta up the street is nicer 2/3 of the price and better view.

Just updated the review.
The hotel just responded and informed us that we just got scammed by the third party.
It was called "guest reservations". Their website looks so good like you are booking with the hotel. They offered a hotel at $220. After I pushed confirm to pay it came with a confirmation screen of $395. When I looked closer it was $175 in tax and fees. I have booked hundred of hotels, air BNB, and VRBO and I've never seen that much for one night of fees.
And "of course" it was instantly non-refundable. Called customer service and they kept repeating the mantra that they couldn't help it was "non refundable". The third party appears to be a ghost operation and hide behind an operation that outsources the calls to India.

Clean rooms and everything worked well. Not too loud or anything like that. Pretty close to UVU and right off the freeway. The breakfast was good. Pool is nice (though pretty small) and hot tub was good and roomy. Service was great. Would definitely recommend!

Large rooms, really nice bedding and a new hotel make this one of my favorite stays on my recent road trip. Close to a Subway and Domino's (across the parking lot), a better than average hot breakfast and nice staff.
A little exensive compared to my other stays. But probably worth it.

Comfortable king size beds.
Daily exhaustive cleaning.
Well-stocked and energetic breakfast.
And lastly and most importantly, it is pet friendly. With this they already earned my vote.
Rooms: Spaces and clean. They have all the comforts.
Nearby activities: Pool.
Safety: Someone left a piece of bread burning in the toaster. The fire alarm went off and the building was evacuated in a few minutes, giving it a feeling of tranquility
Walkability: Corridors and elevators are wide and carpeted, so you can walk well and without making noise.
Food and drinks: Variety at breakfast, although they do not have lunch or dinner.

The staff were so nice and polite. It was 100+ degrees outside. I was traveling with my 84 yr old mother and we just got done with my niece's outside wedding. We were hot and just wanted to lie down, but check in wasn't for two more hours. I wish I remembered the lady's name at the counter, ( we were there on 8/5/2024. If anyone reads this please look at the schedule and give her kudos) but she was so kind and understanding. She said our room was ready, so sure we could check in. The room was clean and we had the most restful sleep we have had for a long time.
The pool and hot tub were awesome and clean. Breakfast the next day was great too, with an automatic pancake maker. Seriously the best hotel experience I've ever had. Thanks to the staff for treating my little old lady mom with such respect and kindness.
Food and drinks: Subway right next door, very handy.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location with a Domino’s Pizza and Subway on the other side of the parking lot. There are also a few other small restaurants within walking distance.
The morning breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. It was very crowded, but the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked.
I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a full-sized kitchen. The bedroom was very large and had a very nice air conditioning unit and a large widescreen TV.
The kitchen was nice with full sized appliances including a very large convection microwave.
The living room was spacious and also had powerful air conditioning unit and a large widescreen TV.
The only disappointments were no dishes, silverware, pots or pans in the kitchen and the pool was closed for some reason.
Overall, the price was reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. Nice place to stay!
Rooms: Very nice room!
Walkability: Restaurants within short walk of hotel
Food and drinks: Nice morning breakfast.

Everything is good there but it’s not right off the freeway. It’s close but can be a little rough to get in.
Food and drinks: For a complimentary breakfast it’s better then most.
