One of the old aged employees was very rude! If you want a nice shopping experience don't go there! They don't even let people come into the dressing room with you, even if you need help deciding on what to get.... We didn't buy anything because of that!

On May 7 around 5 o’clock I was shopping here with my son long story short my son lost his brand new Pokémon cards in side H&M . We asked the manager she gave me a smirk , I asked Whats so funny ? She gave me attitude & said some bs then I have her attitude back , thia all happened at the cashier with her employee there . She then said to leave her store ? & that she would call security ? Until this day I’m wondering why she called security? & why she handled the way she did ?! I feel like she profiled me for being Latino with tattoos ! I don’t think she should be a manger the way she handled that I think it’s to much stress for that old lady . With that being said I still haven’t hit a call even tho I left my information.

Your commercials on TV as of late. Pushing LGBT rather than just your clothes. I’ve bought from H&M for years, but now that you’ve clearly taken a stance on what is most important to you, (pushing a sexual lifestyle vs just selling clothes), I am officially out.

Nothing in my wife’s XS sizes. When asked the associate seemed pretty annoyed. I wouldn’t leave a review, but it’s the second time it happened in a two-year span.

When i needed help finding something, I talked to the girl named Kayla. She was super nice but she stunk so bad I swear she hadn't showered in weeks. I hate leaving reviews like this calling people out, cause obviously some people just have B.O, but it was so bad even my friend pointed it out to me.

Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.
