I booked the Van I was going to rent over a month ago. Got confirmation emails and texts reminders over this last week. Went in to pick it up on Saturday Morning at 9am. No one was there. The hours on the door say they open at 9am on Saturday. I called a store that was open and found out they changed their hours 2 weeks ago with no notification or warning! They don’t open on Saturdays anymore. So I don’t have a rental! Horrible experience will never use them again.

Wife scheduled a car for a work trip in Utah. Got there at reservation time and had to wait an hour and a half for car to be cleaned and made ready for her. Why wasn’t the car ready for her at 8am? She was depending on the car to be ready to arrive at work on time. Will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

There are no 0 stars to give. Came in for a rental booking at 9. Left at 11am. 2 employees, however there were issues after issues with each customer in line. I don't believe the employees like working here or know exactly what's going on and how to help people. By the time I left there were still 6 people waiting. That were there roughly when I got there. RIP.
This process needs to be streamlined pronto. And retraining STAT. These people need help. Unsatisfied customer after unsatisfied customer. I would recommend looking at the reasons why each customer is unhappy and solving that.
Still did not end up leaving with my rental. They wanted to put it on a credit card that I don't have. OR 500$ to them.

I rented a car for 8/1 to 8/3 I waited in the lobby for over 2 hours. Before I was helped cause someone got hurt no big deal. No discount was offered for my wait. 9 people were waiting by the time a manager got in to help us from another location. He didn’t take any photos or do a walk around with me before I took the car. He was in a hurry to get every one helped. 11 days later after a hail storm with hail size of quarters. I get accused of returning the car with a 8-10 inch crack in the windshield. Do rent from these people they are short staffed and don’t take time for customer service. Now today 8/21 I get a bill in the mail triple what I paid to even rent the car. Don’t get their extra coverage that’s a scam too they charge you anyways. All the do is gas light you and don’t ever answer your questions. They won’t even get a manager when ask they tell their short staffed and there is not one available. Sounds to me like some one found a way to profit off damages from this crazy storms we have been having. I’d give negative 5 stars if there was. I should of went with enterprise better experience with them even if they cost more.

Absolutely Terrible, you will get blamed for any damage from hailstorms in between your rental and the next. A $500 bill. Absolutely absurd is this place run by idiots? Of course, they would never put cameras on their property because they want to rip you off. Do not respond to me, if you do, you prove me right.

Every time you call they are with a customer and will call back but rarely do. When you go in person they are always short staffed so it takes forever. Still waiting on a call back from last week. Staff act like they’re better than you.

This review is mixed. When I called about my reservation, the service was strange and my reservation was lost. It wasn’t until I went to the office in person that Kristy helped me. She was kind, provided incredible customer service, and went above and beyond to find my reservation. It was clear that my prior negative experience was due to another employee who answered the phones and called back over two hours later, after I had already made the trip to the office. Your location is up and running thanks to people like Kristy. She deserves a raise.

All the one star reviews on this location don’t lie.
I made a reservation months ago to rent a car here and when I arrived this morning to pick it up their chip readers were broken. They said they couldn’t enter my card manually or with tap or swipe they HAD to use chip. I would have been able to bypass this by checking in through the app 24 hours in advance, but it was “unavailable for this location.” Because it wasn’t working I couldn’t rent the car I had reserved. I tried using another card, but they said I couldn’t rent an EV with a debit card and it would be a $500 hold on my account.
Now I’m having to scramble last minute to find another car for my trip and they did not help provide me with other options. Their customer service was not impressive.
I’ve never had an issue renting with Hertz previously, so perhaps this location is just a bad egg.
