Love the staff & doctors at Health & Vitality! Arlene Johnston was so knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen to my concerns, create a protocol for me, and make adjustments until I was at optimum health. I can't thank her enough! I was referred to her by one of her patients and have referred many of my women friends experiencing the same issues as myself.

I was told I needed to book an appointment for a prescription refill. The earliest appt was two weeks out which I booked for virtual appointment with the office. When the day and time arrived I joined the zoom and I waited 30+ mins on zoom for the doctor and nobody ever joined. They billed me for the appointment anyways? talk about piss poor service. I will never go back to them.

Waiting 3.5 months to see a recommended practitioner (Dr. Johnston) is not worth it when pressing health concerns need to be addressed sooner. Their appointment confirmation system could be improved. I had to call back the scheduler to verify the reason for my appointment (with labs) since that pertinent info wasn’t included in the email. I cancelled my appointment. 2 stars for the self service scheduling website.

Dr Johnston addressed root issues in one appointment that my other doctors haven’t been able to figure out (or take the time to figure out) in seven years. Johnston went through each test result, explained, then had a health plan written up and prescriptions ordered before I left. A godsend.

I liked the NP I originally saw. She left the practice after only a few months. I stopped going due to their billing practices. I have never in my life seen a more confusing billing department. It is disorganized and they tell me I have paid in full, and then bill me again for hundreds of dollars from 4 months prior. I have met my deductible and pay the co-pay and they keep telling me I owe more and more money. I have someone look into this. Something is very off.

Great office and staff! Dr France has been wonderful into looking into everything to find the root cause and has helped me with supplements that work and that have helped me feel better. I highly recommend this office.

I couldn't be more grateful for this clinic and for Dr. Sorensen! Over the course of 6 months I've been able to lose 60lbs and I've dramatically increased my testosterone levels. Coming here has truly been life changing!

Update- Thanks for your reply. I was not given an opportunity to see another provider. If the provider wants to see a patient in two weeks, they should make room to have that happen. It should not be dictated by the front desk. This is definitely something that could be resolved with implementing better scheduling practices. Thanks.It took a month to get into. My provider needed to see me back in two weeks but the front office wouldn’t allow that and scheduled me a month out. I really liked the provider. She was very courteous and thorough. The front desk and their scheduling practices will kill this business. I’m having real medical issues that need to be addressed quicker than what they’re willing to provide. I’ve already canceled and seeking a new provider.

I was so excited to go here and waited 2.5 months to get in. A week before my appointment they told me dr Johnston was only doing phone appointments on my day. I told them I wanted an in person visit. I had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get in. I show up and they said I was seeing a new doctor! I said no I’ve now waited almost 3 months to see this one doctor! They said they would try and squeeze me in to see her. I saw her and it was great but she was still going to be booked out 3 months to have a follow up with. I opted to see a new doctor to go over my labs so I could get in sooner. I ended up doing their weight loss shot program that you have to sign up for 2 months for. I ended up having a bad reaction to the drug and the dr told them to have me stop taking it. Fast forward a month later they billed me $150 for more drugs… I told them I need a refund because the dr even told them I could not take it due to my reaction. They told me I could have a credit I said no I’m not ever coming back to the office I just want a refund. I will be telling everyone I know to not go here. The lady at the front desk gives off bad unwelcoming vibes. They basically stole my $150. Not a great way to do business. After having 3 appointments and spending all this money I still have to go see another doctor to help me with my problems. I would never recommend anyone go here for anything medical. My mom went to see dr France and she wanted to put my mom on a lupus medication that she would have to take for the rest of her life without even doing more in depth test to make sure that’s what needs to be done. My dr I’m seeing now says this place is just a joke. Hope they enjoy my $150 they stole from a family of 6 just making by. Not to mention my mom started taking the same shots and has gotten bent dull needles from them and whoever draws them up is not good! She was supposed to have a 10 10 and 15 15 she ended up with a 5,7,8 and a 12. I will not trust them with my health and have also sent my mom to my now doctor who is helping her so much.
