Halifax is extremely easy to work with. They did all of carpet, hardwood floor and tile work for our basement. They are upfront, honest and on-time. Ben and his team were great to work with - he provided honest opinions/recommendations every step of the way. Installers are highly experienced and also quick to come back and fix their mistakes and imperfections. I would highly recommend Halifax to my close family and friends.

Wow, what a great place to find the perfect flooring! We had an awesome experience working with Annette and her team. I looked all through their samples and couldn’t find anything that wasn’t high quality.

Just re-carpeted our home with Halifax and they were amazing! Super nice, great price and really quality carpet. Annette was very helpful! I recommend everyone to this place.

Annette was great to work with. She went up and beyond to get the best deal for our dollar. We appreciated the installers, they were able to fit us in a few days earlier which worked better for us. When we did have a small concern, Ben walked me through the process. He called after the install to make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was. We still have 4 rooms to put flooring in, we will definitely be using Halifax for all our flooring needs!

Annette was amazing to work with. She was incredibly informative of the different types and qualities of carpet/padding. The pricing was extremely competitive and I appreciated the communication throughout the process. Elijio and his crew showed up the day they were scheduled and knocked out the basement in one day. My wife was working from home and had her office right next to the front door, the crew was so respectful of her working and tiptoed by her office when coming in and out. The experience was good enough I’m now wanting to replace the carpet in the rest of my house.I will absolutely be recommending to friends and family in the future. Pics to come

Annette Heaton is amazing! She is great to work with. She responds quickly to questions and helped me find the best carpet for our living room at a very reasonable price. Elijio installed the carpet and he was incredible! Everything turned out perfectly! Great experience with Halifax Flooring!

TALK TO ANNETTE HEATON!!! She understood exactly what I was looking for (even though I didn’t) and helped walk me through everything. Because of her professionalism, I had Halifax do my basement. Only problem - they did such a great job that my wife wants to refloor the rest of the house. Pro tip - buy the memory foam pad - it’s HEAVEN. Thank you Annette.

Eddie and Luis both did a fantastic job of helping me find exactly what I needed within my budget. The process was easy, the help (and patience!) was excellent! And they found product that I hadn't even considered which turned out to be exactly what I needed well within my budget. There aren't many companies that go the extra mile...I'm happy to say Halifax is one of them.

We have had a great experience with Halifax. They recently did our flooring in our basement. We had a flood about a year afterwards and had to pull up the carpet and get rid of the padding. I called Halifax and they responded with a day. They came out, replaced the padding and re-stretched the carpet. Very fair pricing. I was so impressed with how quickly they responded. I especially appreciated Luis' help and care. His customer service is unparalleled. I highly recommend Halifax
