“The Bearded Trainer is perfect for everyone (like me) that needs a time, place, and workout plan to get a great workout in. All you have to do is show up and push it for each segment of the workout plan. I heard about The Bearded Trainer at a cold plunge/sauna facility that I used to help with anxiety. Since I've been working out with Kyle and his trainers, I have experienced the lowest anxiety levels I've had in a while and am feeling soooooo much better physically with the workouts and the nutrition tips Kyle shares! The people there are also all so cool and the culture and vibe is just great all around.”

“I’ve gone to the gym here now for about, 2-3 months, no regrets, I can go at any time of day, and optimize my workouts, no waiting to get on a machine like the more streamline gyms. Community is amazing. Very open to people coming in from any experience level. Need help with form? They’ll help you, need a little bit of a scream to get the weight up? They’ve got you. Very ambitious members. Even when they may have kids that usually prevent people from going to the gym you can see dads and moms bringing the kids in to watch them workout and get their work in. That being said. You don’t want to see the kids? Take a late night workout because it’s 24/7! Bluetooth speaker you can connect to so you don’t have the terrible gym music. Overall 10/10 almost left because of the price but, wouldn’t change my membership for the world. Top of the line place if you want to take lifting seriously.”
“We’ve been a member of this jiu-jitsu group since it opened. My kids love the coaching staff. The coaches provide great training for both gi and no-gi. They offer striking instruction, too. They bring in guest instructors regularly. The cost is minimal compared to other gyms. But, the training exceeds expectations.”
“I participated in one of F45’s month long challenges and LOVED it!! I completed my goal and they gave me all the tools to be able to do it!! The coaches were great and very helpful, and the classes were fairly small which made for a very comfortable environment! Would absolutely recommend this gym!!!”

I cant say i have been to any gym where one staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty. “Vasa KidCare has been my biggest sanity saver as a mom! I’ve been so impressed with the quality of care by the ladies who run the KidCare. Leaving your baby with anyone can be hard as a mom
And I was so nervous to try it out! But I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my baby here. Getting an hour to workout without worrying about my baby in such a nice facility is a highlight of my day.”

“VASA in Broomfield Colorado has friendly staff, plenty of machines and is reasonable clean. However for those who might want to shower there the heat during the winter is very low. Its probably around low 60s although I didn't have an thermometer. The new Manager check the heat out for me and told me that they had done some work in the past on the heating and there was nothing they could do about it. He did offerme the use of a bathroom up front but of course that would put a lot of extra work into trying to change and lock up my bag. I had a very pleasant surprise Yesterday. VASA listened to their customers and fixed the heat problems in the locker room. Also the place seems cleaner and better organized. thanks VASA”
