Lucky if you'll get to handle any firearms in order to buy or get any service at the gun counter. I used to only shop here for firearms and ammunition. Wonder if I dress in a suit if they'll think I'm worth enough to even look/handle a firearm I'm interested in buying. $2,600 to sportsmans it is..... disappointed.

Had a few experiences where the gun counter said they aren't going to bring out a firearm unless someone is a serious buyer. Lost a few thousand in my business, and my father had a similar experience several times. I've spent $10k+ here over the years. I am no longer buying firearms here.

Husband has never been here. He almost cried when he started to look at supply and prices. He was like a kid in a candy store. So much fun to watch him and listen to him explain everything. We did not walk out empty handed. In fact we have a few new members of our family!

Gunnies offers an impressive array of cowboy boots, western wear, firearms, and ammunition. While the staff's assistance may vary, the vast selection and convenience make it a standout choice. It's essential to come prepared with what you need and allocate around 30 minutes for browsing. Despite occasional shortcomings in service, the quality of products and convenience of one-stop shopping keep me coming back. Gunnies remains my preferred destination for all things western and firearms-related.

I’ve purchased 2 guns from Gunnies & both times went smoothly & timely! The gun staff seems very knowledgeable and helped me decide which guns were right for my husband and I. I came here because my family grew up purchasing all their hunting rifles & ammo here. I’ve also purchased clothes & 4 pairs of boots from their clothing side. Their employees were helpful & respectful, they even conditioned the boots for me and my boys! Thank you Gunnies!

I purchased a firearm from the store, and it was definitely defective. Magazines didn’t stay in it. When I went to talk to him about it they said that I just needed to contact the manufacturer and send it in. They didn’t really offer any sort of insight. Seemed like they were just trying to push me out of there. The one I selected was not cheap. It was a Kimber. On top of that, this place has the worst customer service. You’ll wait forever in a line to speak with somebody. And they don’t really keep track of the line very well. They have no sense of urgency. Nor did they act like they care if you purchase from them or not. Go down the street to Ready Gunner! That’s what I did. And it’s night and day difference. I hope the next time I try and go here it’s better… But they are pretty notorious for bad customer service.

I used to love this place. They always stocked stuff that I wanted, when other places didn't have it. Good customer service and fair prices.I went the other day (on a Monday), and sat at the gun counter for 20-30 minutes. Waiting for someone to assist me. They weren't busy, and they had employees back there. But the employees at the gun counter were swapping stories with customers. And a few other employees walked right past me, to access the computer behind the gun counter. Then they'd turn around and walk away. This happened at least 3 times.So I went to Sportsmans warehouse, and gave them $500 instead.

Love gunnies, and they have a great selection. Staff is super polite and friendly! Only reason I’m giving three starts is because one of the guns I bought from here didn’t work. It was my fault for buying something made in Turkey I suppose!

Went in to look for some parts for my rifle. Was a bit surprised to see so many employees standing around while I'm just waiting for help at the counter.
