All the stores have different owners, it is a franchise by name, but the prices and offers are not the same in all the stores. At Walmart in Orem we found a men's haircut for $10

The most unbelievable experience with anybody who has touched my hair in my entire life. I asked for it to be cut 1/2 inch off. She asked if I wanted clippers or scissors. I told her whatever’s easier for her is fine with me. She proceeded to in four quick strokes, cut my hair down to 1/2 inch instead of cutting one half inch off!!!!!!!! Absolutely infuriating. I haven’t been so angry about a haircut my entire life obviously was not listening to anything I said got up and left immediately!!!! I do not know the name of this person who calls themselves a cosmetologist, or whatever the name she’s using, but she should never be allowed to touch another person’s hair until she gets some better training. And her response when I her measuring tape, and mine must not be on the same system, she said “well, it will just last longer.!“ Incredibly rude, incredibly unprofessional, and absolutely couldn’t have cared less. Do not go here until they replace or remove her from ever touching someone’s hair!

Sometimes you get a great hair stylist, sometimes you don’t. I found it odd at this location that the stylists would leave their post while cutting hair to help a customer at the register. It just seemed unprofessional and almost as if they are passing hair clippings to the customer at the register. But the bigger visualization is that you leave your client sitting at their chair waiting for you to get back.

Very poor experience at the Sand Hill Orem, Utah Location.I probably get one of the most basic male haircuts - a short Missionary hair cut every month. When it was my turn, the hairdresser printed the notes and took me back. She began degrading the type of haircut I requested. She proceed to cut my hair. I’m not too picky but when there are clearly spots that have stray uncut hairs or when it looks like there is a speed bump or knob on the side of my head, I speak up. I am paying for a simple service that they should know how to do. She was ready to take off the cape and send my on my way without adequately inspecting the haircut.I kindly asked her to go over the few areas, and sure enough, the longer hair pieces that I inquired about fell to the floor. The more she worked on it, the more she began to make mistakes (bringing the back hairline way above where it should be, putting razor lines on the side of my head, etc). When I got home and could get closer to a mirror, I noticed that she hadn’t even touched my side burns. I got a #1 razor on the side, and the length at the top of my ears down was the same length as to when I went in for the hair cut (1/2 - 3/4 of an inch). The top was uneven and there were still stray, uncut hairs on the sides. Probably one of the worst haircuts that I had received, even asking the impatient hairdresser to check a few areas and go over a few things again.Part way through the haircut, a man came to check in, and english wasn’t his first language. Instead of her being patient and as he tried to communicate, she was rude and belittling. The poor man looked at me through the mirror as my back was to him as if for a plea for help. I regrettably didn’t say anything; I should have spoken up. He left, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he never returns to this location by the way he was treated. As I was paying, a young college aged girl came in and said she is in cosmetology school. As part of an assignment, she needed to have a mock interview and write a report on that experience. The other worker found the phone number of the GM and gave it too her. As the college student was leaving, the worker turned to her colleague and said, “I went to that same school and just lied about that assignment. I never really did the mock interview or other things they couldn’t track.” The other worker laughed at that.I’m glad this location is employing honest, respectful, and kind employees who know how to cut hair (NOT). I unfortunately will not be returning to the Sand Hill Orem location, and I will be encouraging others to avoid it as well. Well done great clips.

I've been here 3 times. The first two times were fine. This week I got the worst haircut I've ever had. The sides are uneven and shaggy around my ears. I had to come home and trim it myself. She never offered to show me the back or use any product, something that has always been offered in the past. The girl who cut my hair was whining to the other stylist about the fact she had to work three open to close shifts this week. Very disappointing.

The lady that cut my hair does not know how to cut hair and it seemed like she didn't want to touch my hair with her hands. Didn't want to touch my ear to bend it down to use the clippers. Kept on snagging my ear almost cutting it off. Horrible!! If you don't want to touch hair than choose a different profession. Ridiculous!!

Debra gave me a fantastic haircut and was very attentive to what I wanted to have done. Hairstylists can be hit or miss here so I was very pleased with what a great job she did.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. do NOT come here. if i could put 0 stars i would. I asked for layers, the first thing she did was grab a huge chunk of hair on a random spot on my head, and cut it right off. she didn’t even get it wet. the ending result was extremely choppy. my 5 year old sister could’ve done better than she did. she did give me layers, however, she only gave me two. there was the layer where my hair was before and a layer above. They did a horrible job on my hair. and worst of all I paid money to get my hair ruined. I regret not asking for my money back. i went back later that day and asked them to fix it. they did not fix it. they made it worse. never coming here again.

Took my son there today and the girl who cut his hair just buzzed his head!!!!I could have done that at home myself!!!!I had to pay $20 for a buzz cut, and gave him a bald spot, most of all I’m so sad that he doesn’t like it either. She looks like she never showers or brushes her teeth, I’m not trying to be judgmental but what can you expect from someone that doesn’t even care for her own appearance. I explained to her my frustration she even smiled like it wasn’t a big deal, some of the other hair dresser ladies came to see why I was upset and brushed it off like its not a big deal, “hair grows quickly in about two weeks”Im so frustrated!!!!She still charged me $20 and wanted a tip!!!!1355 Sandhill Rd, Orem, UT 84058

Would have loved a hair cut but as soon as I got close to the hairdresser I believe her name is Heather the smell from her was so offensive. Clearly stylists don’t have to be even showered to work there.
