DON'T TRUST GERBER COLLISON! This is Borderline Unlawful possession of private property. YOU NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CALL BEAR RIVER MUTUAL INSURANCE! YOU NEVER EVEN CONTRACTED THEM. They had my car for 5 days! In all that time they never got the insurance payment settled. They call Me at 4:10pm on Friday to tell me "Your car is all ready to be picked up!" I GET TO THE SHOP AND STILL HAVE NOT HEAR FROM BEAR RIVER. DESPITE CORBIN TELLING ME " DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE PAYMENT, WE WILL GET PAID FROM THE INSURANCE DIRECTLY. Your Manager comes out and raises his voice at me multiple times "YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR CAR TODAY. WE ARE NOT RELEASING YOUR CAR! HOPE YOU GOT A RIDE....SO MY CAR GETS TO SIT IN YOUR PARKING LOT ALL WEEKEND BECAUSE CORBIN DID NOT GET THE MONEY FROM BEAR RIVER LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD.

They were not very professional about doing a bid, no Camara, no iPad , no paper to write on, I thought it was kinda weird, any other shop, I go to is on top of there game, and they missed the mark, low estimate like $4000 off as if that's what they what to do, avoid this place run as fast as u can

It took them a month to get the repair “fixed” and I type it that way because the job was done HORRIBLY. When I told them it was unacceptable they wanted to hold onto my car for an extra week. But I’m done. 1 month is a very long time. If you can’t get it done in a month you’re just not going to get it done. They did say they would get it done the right way but I’ve seen enough. They didn’t even offer a discount or anything. I would take my business elsewhere. Do not trust these guys.Service: Painting

Worst place to leave my car, unfortunately Safeco insurance partner this shop, they just want take the job and forget about time , they promised a few days like 3 or 4 but them is weeks

Gerber Collision was SUPER quick and communicative with me throughout my whole repair. I did have to take it back to get checked out again but they put me at TOP priority and had people drive me back to my house for the repair and they dropped the car off with a full tank of gas as well as washed it and had everything fixed within a day. Steve the manager was SO great, very kind, and efficient! 10/10 would recommend!

This company is on Geico's list of preferred auto body repair shops. My daughter made the mistake of trusting this shop would give honest service. If reasonable repair timeline, timely updates, and common courtesy is important to you then this shop is not a wise choice; take your business to ANY other vendor.My daughter's Chevrolet has been at this shop's site since January 16, 2023. It is now April 17, 2023 and this shop has given nothing but excuses and seemingly feels that 3 months and counting is NOT an exorbitant length of time for repairs that should be their specialty; if she were a man, I am certain the service would be different. No apologies. No concern for the customer. No concern for the company's reputation. This is the 21st century with advanced technology that allows for quick communication, part sourcing, and networking. There is absolutely no excuse for a part to be on back order for 3 months unless this company refuses to research and put effort into their jobs. If this company still insists on collecting the full amount of my daughter's deductible which they clearly have not earned, more complaints will be filed.

2020 Civic. They did not listen to me when I explained the damage, didn't mark down my initial statement(s) properly on the estimate sent to the insurance nor my previous damage waver, didn't fit the windshield properly so now there is a gap and my roof fabric is loose and prone to ripping/peeling back where it meets the windshield, smashed my heads-up unit power cable (custom, not cheap) into the LKAS box housing when reinstalling the box.After getting the other chip damage approved for repair, they went behind my back to the third partie's insurance company and got my case closed so they will not pay to fix the rest of the damage the gravel truck did to my basically brand new vehicle, and argued with me about it the entire time.When removing the hood to repaint it, they cut the sprayer hoses and never replaced it or reconnected the nozzle to the hood, which I found out when I was on the highway and my windshield was getting covered with salt- extremely dangerous!I'll be taking my car to Honda and paying out of pocket to have a windshield installed properly and another body shop to have the paint fixed. They not only wasted the insurance companies' money but now they are wasting mine as well.

We had to get our bumper replaced after a rear end collision. All the Gerber staff were very friendly and helpful. The repair did take longer than I had anticipated, but they kept me informed throughout the process. Bumper and paint job look great. I was frustrated after leaving the shop because my car wasn't driving well when I picked it up - the alignment was worse than it had been before taking it in. I explained my frustration with this in their follow up survey, and they promptly contacted me and got it fixed. Very good customer service.Services: Body & Trim

Had gerber collision do some body work on my scion after an accident. Brenan was extremely helpful with setting up the appointment and updating me on the status of my car. Lindsey was very friendly and great at explaining everything they were doing with my car. So far it has been great. This is my insurances preferred provider. I haven’t had the repair yet but the estimator was quick and cam way under another places bid. I can be picked up from this location with Enterprise for a rental. How convenient!

I don’t know…I’m very conflicted. The whole staff is so pleasant and kind. They were very helpful and straightforward to me, which I appreciate as a younger woman who doesn’t know much about cars. My issue is that the whole process to get my repairs done was made WAY too overly complicated. They wouldn't order my part for weeks for some reason. It took way too long and way too many appointments to replace the molding/seal on my door—that’s it, that was the whole repair—I’m just really conflicted.

I was sent there by my insurance company for a repair estimate. I was in and out with the estimate done in about 10 minutes.
