Appalling!! They lied to us about a Subaru, my boyfriend and I had to get 1 thousand dollars for repairs and we have only been with him for 8 months. From the first week of use the car failed for one reason or another. And it was supposedly a car with almost “no use at all”.

Very good dealership, Sergio is very transparent and honest with talking about his vehicles. My experience was smooth and I felt comfortable while dealing with this company. They fixed and looked over some minor things for me free of charge. They allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to have it looked over and everything checked out.

The worst place to repair, I took my car, I asked him how much it would cost to repair the window and he gave me a price that when I went to pick it up he charged me almost double and according to him he forgot to tell me the price of labor, which bad service!

Sold me a car with warranty on it, it broke down and they didn't fix the problem they just covered it up long enough for the warranty to expire now I've got a broken car that they won't do anything to fix.

**Update after the company's response**Why would you have called me after you finalized the sale when we asked you to let us know if anyone was interested in the car so we could come and purchase it then? You should have called us before you sold it.We had been looking for a good price on a used vehicle, we found one here and drove it multiple times, took it to a mechanic to have a look at it. We told the salesman we were 90% sure we'd purchase the vehicle and that we just had one other to look at and that if anyone else was interested in it to please let us know. We checked out that other car, we didn't like it, and then called the salesman back to let him know that we wanted to purchase the car- but he said he had just sold it. I called him back and told him how dishonest he was even after he said he'd call us back to let us know he had someone else interested in it. We tried to pay a deposit to secure the sale, but he wouldn't take it. I don't trust this business and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I’m not a car person by any means, therefore very nervous when any type of car issue comes up. The people at GAVITO AUTO were super kind and patient and very honest with their work and pricing. They turned stressful car troubles into happy solutions. Would absolutely recommend!

I have now had 2 different Ford F-150's diagnosed and repaired by Gavito Auto, and have been impressed by their ability to quickly diagnose and repair them. Sergio was very professional, and I found him to be fair, knowledgeable and good at communicating with me during the process. My car windshield wipers weren't working. They were stuck and it wasn't a wiper problem or a fuse problem. They showed me exactly what was wrong and what parts they were going to order. Very straight forward and showed me online prices as well. Was very reliable when I was in a really stressful situation with it snowing heavily in Utah. It was really nice having someone explain what went wrong and what was needed to fix it. No hidden prices and thankfully had a friend double check that everything was done properly without any overcharges. Very fair and very trustworthy!
