My daughter and I stopped in at the gap close to closing time. we tried on several items of clothing. The two ladies working were so kind and sweet, and never made us feel like a burden. They helped us out and gave us the best customer service. We were super grateful for their kindness and the great experience we had on February 29.

I spoke with fairy about an absolute mess when dealing with online gap! Fairy and Zina were both exceptional in getting it resolved and treating my wife like a person instead of a customer service problem! FAIRY IS INCREDIBLE AND DESERVES A RAISE! THANK YOU OREM GAP!

Went to exchange some jeans I’d bought online. The employee who helped us was awesome. She was very attentive & helped us find what we wanted - even tracking down sizes for us that weren’t out on the tables. Everything was so smooth and easy. And the clothes are top notch. I’ve bought gap jeans for years & don’t plan on changing!

This store is a smaller store than others in the state. However, it is excellent. I appreciate how well the staff has been trained. I like being able to run into the gap and leave the mall without having to go anywhere else because I usually find what I need… and sometimes more than I was looking for.

I had to get on here and write a review for Matt D. at The Gap in the University Mall in Orem. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Matt. He helped us pick out a few things to try on. Then he helped us with different sizes. He did an amazing job taking care of us, something we weren't expecting at The Gap. Thank you.

It’s a good mall with lots of stores but they need to get WiFi. So far that’s the only advantage Provo Towne Centre has over this mall, that and PTC has a hatchet throwing place.
