I spoke with fairy about an absolute mess when dealing with online gap! Fairy and Zina were both exceptional in getting it resolved and treating my wife like a person instead of a customer service problem! FAIRY IS INCREDIBLE AND DESERVES A RAISE! THANK YOU OREM GAP!

This store is a smaller store than others in the state. However, it is excellent. I appreciate how well the staff has been trained. I like being able to run into the gap and leave the mall without having to go anywhere else because I usually find what I need… and sometimes more than I was looking for.
