While I like the aesthetic here, the prices are high and I don’t think worth it. But I really like the stuff so I was going to be back.What changed my mind is that this past weekend, my daughter and I were here and the cashier was crazy pushy. We tried on two dresses that my daughter didn’t love, but liked. When we were openly considering she said, “well it’s ONLY $10.” Making the other associate and I uncomfortable and quickly putting the dresses back.Then when checking out and entering my phone #, she says, hit the green button. Which accepts marketing instead of denies it instead of just giving me the freedom to choose. I read the screen instead of taking her word for it, and hit the red button.After providing my phone #, I declined giving my email, and she visibly huffed and said annoyed… “it’s JUST going to give you promos it’s not a big deal”. I told her I said no and she was clearly rolling her eyes inside. Very bothered body language.My daughter and I walked out and looked at each other agape, swearing we’d never come back.I’m all for confident girlies doing their job, but being pushy and rude is not that.

5 Stars for Jenny and Jacky!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️All of the Francesca’s associates at this location are AMAZING, especially Jenny and Jacky!! Both of them were so incredibly kind and helpful ? They had excellent customer service!! I will definitely continue to shop here because of these wonderful women, thank you both again!! ???

I love getting my earrings and other jewelry from here most, everyone is welcoming, and the aesthetic is cute. Cate is always friendly the times I’ve gone and she’s been working, she is helpful and points me in the direction of things I’m looking for, or offers similar she thinks I’d like. Def enjoy shopping.

I feel like Francesca’s has really upped their game recently! It was hard to not walk out with more than the two items I bought. They have a great selection of sweaters and dresses currently and the staff are very warm and welcoming.

I loved loved loved my experience here, when I first walked in I was greeted by Alaina! And she’s the sweetest most helpful employee I’ve ever met. She educated me on all the AMAZING store deals and even offered to find me a fitting room. Dayna was checking up on me the whole time and was so helpful with getting me correct sizes. They are both amazing employees, I know if it was me I wouldn’t be in the best mood being a young adult working on the weekend, but I didn’t hear or notice one ounce of negativity in their attitude! They were so positive and complimented me on everything I tried on.. made me feel so good! ❤️ Alaina and Dayna are such good employees..definitely wouldn’t take them for granted and realize they play significant role in your customers purchasing items. Official a lifetime costumer!

Really bad shopping experience. The first girl was kind of pushy but I could handle it and it seemed like she wanted to help but the other tall blonde girl was too much for me and it hasn’t been the first time with her. She literally pulled open my dressing room curtain as soon as I was back inside saying “I want to see!” And then stood there the whole time asking me questions but wouldn’t even finish listening to me answer before she cut me off by talking to the next girl who stepped out of the dressing room. I definitely felt like an object she was just trying to make money off. I think her name is Cate and I would avoid the store whenever she’s working because otherwise I love it there

Seriously one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had--and I hate shopping. The two girls there (I forgot their names!) asked what I was looking for and immediately started pulling things they thought would work. When I was trying everything on, they would come and see and give me their opinions, and they were just so nice. Definitely will be shopping here again.Update: They didn't remember my name, but they recognized me and greeted me like we were best friends. Legitimately the BEST shopping experience.

The sales girls who worked tonight at about 5, were amazing. I came in with my two toddlers, struggling, to find something to wear for family pictures. I was frazzled and overwhelmed with my two rambunctious boys. The girls were so kind and even distracted my boys so I could shop. It was amazing and I was so grateful. The clothes were beautiful but I will shop here again because these ladies truly helped me feel like more than a mom.

Not a good experience. Had an item shipped to the store and wasn't told the item was defective until I went to pick it up. The manager on duty around 2PM today was rude. They should have told me when they called it was defective and should have reordered the item without hesitation. However, they did not and the item is no longer in stock online or in stores. Very unprofessional. Wont be going to this location again. I kept my cool however the manager was being bitchy even after I was outside the store inspecting my other items. Additional training is needed for these employees on how to provide exceptional service because this was not.

Jenny, the Store Manager, is literally the best retail associate I've ever dealt with. She is so friendly, upbeat, and has a great sense of style. She helped me decide on some items, and gave me really great fashion advice. You can tell she really loves her job and loves fashion. I would come back and shop here just because of her! I really felt acknowledged and that she was really there to help. She asked for my name, took my clothes that I was going to purchase up to the front register, and even told her co-worker that the clothes were for me so there was no confusion. Jenny is the absolute BEST! Give her a raise, she's making Francesca's look excellent!!
