I love this location and the staff there! Kate, Catherine, and the rest of the team are super friendly!! Some even greet me by name when I come in! Very pleasant and easy to work with!! And I’m always pleased with the products/services/results! ?

I am tired of this FedEx location. I've always had problems with my print orders and have had to make several trips back to the store for each printed project because it's not been printed right. I use FedEx for my company prints, and as a non-profit organization we can't keep having subpar work on our flyers, folder inserts, etc. It doesn't reflect well on us as a company when the information isn't printed well.I'm trying another FedEx location to see if I can get better results without all the hassle, but we'll see.

When I walked in I was told that it would be about 24 hours to get the business cards printed. After talking with Kate we came up with a way to get the design off my phone ( I was struggling hard to find the file on my phone). We ended up going over to the computer stations and after using two different computers (they weren't working right) she offered to use her phone. I forwarded her the files and she was able to do it from her mobile phone. TALK ABOUT GOING THE XTRA MILE! Wow I'm so grateful for this experience and I'll definitely be back!

Came here middle of the day to pick up a large fragile package I had redirected here and I was in and out with my package in minutes and the fragile package was in perfect shape and had a clean shipping box, no dents or tears. Wonderful!

I like the employees at this Orem FedEx. However I would caution anyone trying to use "Rush my Passport" through FedEx. I got a lot of misinformation from the agents from Rush My Passport. It would have cost me so much more time and money because their instructions were incorrect and inaccurate. I was told by someone at the clerks office that rush my passport is not honest and to INSTEAD USE TRAVEL BROKER.Travel Broker in Murray Utah. They get your passport to you in 1.5 weeks for $285. Super helpful staff and seamless process.

The employee who helped me and showed me how to use their self serve printers was very helpful and walked me through every step to ensure I printed exactly what I needed to and nothing more. Excellent customer service. This store and the employees here are awesome!!

Went to pick up a package , was told it wasn’t there but my app said it was. Called fedex support, they said it was there . Went back in and guess what they had it. Manager assured me the first time they don’t miss scans on packages and wouldn’t even go look. Manager was rude and snobby as well. The employees who were trying to help me were nice.Manager should not be employeed here since she has no idea what customer service is.

I showed up at 8am, the website says they open at 8am. The sign on the door said they open at 8am. The LED "Open" signs were both illuminated. Doors locked and lights off. Called at 8:30, rang for 10 minutes not answer. Same at 9am, 10am, 11am, and noon. And then I gave up. Can't recommend as they say they are open everywhere but they aren't.

Rachael and Kate went above and beyond in helping me print a picture I wanted framed. They were patient and took the time to answer my questions and the print turned out perfect!!!
