Nice for a Fairfield inn, nice beds and great AC.

Disgusting sofa sleeper in two queen room with family of 5. This is the sofa sleeper mattress covered in urine and other stains. Busy weekend so they would not comp a second room to make sure we had three non-disgusting beds. Their only offer was $30 off the second room so in order to have three clean beds we had to pay for two rooms. Marriott is often better than this in quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

I understand that this is a sort of “you get what you pay for” type place but man I had a way worse experience than anticipated and it was entirely due to the cleaning staff. They cleaned my room only once and during the middle of my 5 day stay which was totally fine. The issue was I’d argue they didn’t really clean just more so went through my stuff when I wasn’t there. Everything in the room was clearly moved and rifled through but no cleaning seemed to have taken place. Thank goodness I didn’t find anything missing. Then, on my checkout day, they all but kicked me out because “they were sold out”. My flight out of Utah was at 5 pm the day of checkout. The night before, I called the front desk to ask when checkout would be and was told 12pm. Cool. Plenty of time then for me to work from the room until noon and then head to the airport. At 9 am on checkout day housekeeping checked in for the first time. From that point on, they knocked at the door every 45 minutes until 11:30 when the main person (I assume) demanded I leave the room because they needed it for the next guest. What is the point of having a checkout time if you’re basically kicked out as soon as you wake up on checkout day? Didn’t I pay to stay until checkout time? So bizarre and uncomfortable and unnecessary. I wouldn’t ever go back to this place.

Close to the highway with very comfortable beds and amazing walk in shower! Highly recommend. Breakfast wasn't bad either. Would say I missed a sink in the room but the bathroom sink did suffice.Rooms: Nice rooms and we'll kept. I loved the furniture and the layout! The bathroom was amazing if lacking on the water pressure.Nearby activities: Close to many restaurants and stores!

This is a clean and organized hotel with modern decor. It does not seem that old and is well maintained. This location has a pool, and a fitness center with equipment. Breakfast is provided mornings in a very nice dining area. It is off of the main road so no traffic noise and you get a virw of the nearby mountains if on the facing side of the hotel.Rooms: The room we rented was small but not too small for two people. It was clean and laid out in a very conservative and intelligent design.Nearby activities: Restaurants are 5 minutes away. You can walk to have great sushi or Mexican food due to the proximity to food options.

This is a good Fairfield - no funny smells, nice and clean, no true suites but the two queen plus pull out couch does seem larger / longer than most. Nice size rooms, and good showers with tall shower heads and a good amount of pressure. Gym has great views at sunset. This is our third stay here and it’s a little nicer than the Townplace Suites next door if you’re Marriott Bonvoy member.

The hotel itself is decent. The big issues are maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast and ridiculously bad management.Maintenance:When we checked into our room, 30% of the light bulbs were burned out leaving some lamps dim due to one working bulb and others completely useless. Not a huge deal and easy to correct with a quick trip to the front desk. My problem is that this was my first impression of the room. If the staff can’t be bothered to make sure the lights in an already dim room are functional, what else are they missing? I soon found out.On the first day we were there someone dropped a plate of scrambled eggs in the elevator. The egg on the carpet was cleaned within a few hours, but there were still bits of scrambled Edd stuck to the wall 8 days later when we checked out.Housekeeping.This is where it goes from slightly annoying to downright disgusting. When we went into our bathroom, the wall next to the sink had what looked like toothpaste spit all over it. I’m not talking about a stain, I’m talking blobs of toothpaste. This is gross and again, I found myself wondering how a competent staff could have possibly missed it.Stray hairs all over the bathroom. I completely understand that it is hard to get every single stray hair when you are cleaning a bathroom. I’m not talking about a few strays. There were several in the tub and on the shower surround. Many on the floor and stuck to the outside of the tub. Again, gross. The shoddy cleaning job in the bathroom made me wonder what else in the room did not get cleaned properly.During checkin, we were told that housekeeping would be preformed on our room every other day. The first time housekeeping visited our room, I thought it got skipped. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed although it needed it, and the beds hadn’t been touched. When I went into the bathroom, I realized fresh towels and a second makeup remover had been left. The confusing thing is that they left one completely empty toilet paper roll on one spindle, and one that was mostly empty on the other. Another trip to the front desk. During our 8 night stay, we had ask for toilet paper every time we needed it. Housekeeping never left a fresh roll in our room. The hotel uses bulk body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers that remain in place across different guest check-ins. The lid to our shampoo just screwed off with zero safeguards in place to protect against tampering. The shampoo and body wash were empty when we arrived and remained empty for our entire stay. We didn’t bother telling anyone because we refuse to use bath products that are used between multiple guest stays. This is another example of the sloppy housekeeping staff at the hotel.Breakfast:We have been here for eight mornings. Every morning, the coffee dispenser has been empty and we’ve had to wait for a new pot to be brought out. They put out four of each breakfast bread item (bagels, English muffins and the like) they run out frequently and it appears nobody is actively monitoring the breakfast area. Every time something needs replenished, you have to visit the front desk and tell them that something needs to be replenished.I got a sausage patty and it was ice cold in the center. Coffee is luke warm at best. The “free breakfast” is not worth eating because nobody at the property cares enough to make it a value to the guests.Overall:The staff of this hotel appears to have zero attention to detail. The entire visit was marked by sign after sign of a complete lack of concern for guest satisfaction or safety. The beds were fairly comfortable but the sheets refused to stay on. At this price point, the hotel offers little value. We will look elsewhere for our semi-annual trips to Utah. This stay was so bad, I will avoid all Marriott properties in the future.

Be prepared to do your own cleaning and get your own toiletries. We booked this hotel to move our son into school. We’ve been here for a week and the hotel has only cleaned our room one time (they are to clean every other day). Our sheets have not been changes and the floor has clearly never been vacuumed as there are finger nail clippings and small pieces of paper still on the floor. Staff at the front desk are nice but we’ve asked multiple times for an actual cleaning of our room and nothing has happened. I’m a Gold Member at Marriott which is a moderate level user of their hotels but this one is by FAR been the worst Marriott I’ve stayed in. We are supposed to be here for 10days but have given up on the hope the staff will help us so are going to a different hotel.

I came into my room and first thing I did was fall asleep. When I woke up I ate in my room at the table. I see socks on the ground under the table and I thought they was mine. So I picked them up and smelled them to see if they were clean or not. Long story short they were not my socks. I went to front desk to have my room cleaned again, and they said they only would clean my room if I was staying at least 3 nights not 2. No empathy at all, worst customer service. I went again to the front desk the next day and I was told they can have someone clean it the next day when I check out. SMH I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have listed and you too. Their rooms are very dirty the beds are bedbugs could be fleas I don't know the managers are so rude they did not want to switch to another room they didn't wanna give my money back $250 a night did not worth that. My whole body is itchy. My daughters body is itching me and my mother. This Hass to be the worst hotel ever. they don't care for the customer at all.

Have stayed here a number of times over the years and have kept coming back. This time was a different deal.Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation/upgrade.Our problems (so far):Our room had no hot water which we didn’t discover until the first morning. Took cold showers. Reported it to the front desk and one of the employees said we just needed to wait longer. The second employee said “oh, it’s probably the boiler again”! We asked them to fix it or get us a new room that day and we left for the day.Returned that night and checked with front desk on status. Person on staff said nothing was reported to maintenance and no one had informed them. Go figure!Checked the room and sure enough, no hot water still.Went back to front desk and they said they would talk to maintenance. I asked them what other room options we had if that didn’t work. She said they were sold out for the rooms we had and left it at that. She asked we wait 15 minutes. We did. Still no hot water. She then called us and moved us into another (but not same setup) room. It had hot water luckily. However, the beds are so warn out, old, and flimsy that both my wife and I now have back pain the next morning from the very uncomfortable sleep. And we don’t normally have back pain issues.Needless to say, we won’t be staying here at this Fairfield again in the future.

A great property with wonderful views. Plenty of restaurants nearby and I highly recommend Milagros! The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub is nice. The hot tub is very large. The fitness center is well stocked. A really great experience.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean.Walkability: Sidewalks galore. No need to drive just walk to a restaurant and take in the wonderful Mountain View’s.Food & drinks: They keep coffee and tea available for guests in the lobby and a kuereg is available in the room.
