I have grown my hair out for 6 months and wanted to get just a trim in order to continue growing it out. I told them that I wanted a perm in the future so to just cut a little off the top, but the first cut made was 1/2 of the length I had. They butchered my hair that I had been growing out. I would not recommend unless you want your hair chopped.
