I brought my car here to get some coilovers installed. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and his team at EPR Motorsports. They got my car done quicky. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, my car has been completely transformed!

Scott is nice enough but I found it extremely difficult to get truth out of him. After 4 months of feeling strung along, I engaged my attorney and was able to track my car to a tire shop that had been waiting two months for payment for the tires Scott had ordered for me. The owner of the tire shop told me he was about to call the DMV to have it declared abandoned. His prices were very reasonable and he seems to have a gift for working on European cars but I'm afraid I can't recommend his shop after the breach of trust.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scott’s a nice guy and sold me a car, he’s been sitting on a large payment I made for some parts that I never received from him. I’ve been calling him and texting for over 4 months trying to get my refund for the parts as well as invoices for other work I had him do.Scott if you’re reading this, please respond.

Scott and his team have been amazing to work with. I have taken 4 of my 5 cars there so far. Everything from routine maintenance to more involved work.Scott is super friendly, quality work, and I didn't have to wait a month to get in.I have recommended EPR to lots of my friends and family and they have all been pleased with the results as well!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but my experience with Scott at EPR Motorsports was so bad It had to be said.I bought a car from Scott 1 month ago and paid him through Venmo (my first mistake). He provided excuse after excuse as to why the car wasn’t ready to be picked up. I really wanted the car so I was more accommodating to his delays than I normally would have been. After multiple unanswered phone calls, unreturned voicemails and text’s I finally told him to just give me my money back.The excuses continued as to why he couldn’t get me my money back, but that I would have to wait for the end of the week. Unacceptable.Venmo was not able to help get me my funds back, so I’m helplessly waiting at his mercy to do what’s right and return my money. As of this posting, I am still waiting.

We brought three cars to Scott. We got a great quotes. For the first car we needed just brakes, for the second car it needed to be timed, for the third car it needed a new clutch. One the first car he didn't even replace the brakes. He punctured the fuel tank. He wanted more money which we were happy to give him. On the second car he timed it wring and sheared teeth off ruining the engine and tried saying it came to himike that. He was highly unprofessional. In the end. We ended up with more repairs then when we started. I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.Services: Brakes

I’ve been looking for a good European car repair shop for a while. I’m so glad I found this place. I used to have to drive all the way to the dealership in Salt Lake and spend half a day for my repair and maintenance work and somehow always ended up spending way more than I should. Now I can just go to Orem. Way better!Scott and EPR are pros. He ran me through his diagnosis and showed me everything on the car itself. They gave me the best price too for parts and labor. I checked other places and it was basically the same They’re also certified Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen technicians, I’m gonna send all my friends with euro cars to these guys. Highly recommend!

I am so incredibly grateful and happy I found this amazing shop so close to home. I have been around the ringer with VW/Audi shops and it’s finally good to find someone in Utah county that’s honest and fair. Not only did they help me when my wheel started falling off they came straight to from 30 minutes away. Scott didn’t charge me any labor to do a PCV valve on my GTI when the shop I had it just charged $370 to install it. ($170 in labor and fees) do your self a favor and take your car here if you’re in Utah county. Honest, fair, reliable, and timely. 10/10.

EPR Motorsports is the highest quality European auto shop that I fully trust with my personal cars. I recommend EPR to all my friends who have Porsches, Audis, Volkswagens, BMWs and anything European. I've been looking for a good shop to do all the performance mods that I plan for my Volkswagen. EPR has done a phenomenal job helping me build my car exactly how I want it!
