I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me. I think she might speak Spanish, but speaks very good English too. I have never in my LIFE had such a good shopping experience. She asked me my preferences on a bunch of things I wear so she could gather things for me to try on in the store. The whole time I was there she ran around getting things for me and putting my no clothes away. She also got me shirts to go with a skirt I chose because I told her I always have trouble pairing them.

Beautiful clothes in an awesome variety of sizes. Very helpful employees. A little too pricey for a teacher to shop there regularly, but there are often good sales that make things more affordable.

We are outfitting a sister missionary. We found several skirts, shirts, layering camis and a dress. The kind sales peeps helped us pull together some really cute outfits. Thanks for your assistance. The sale clothing is an amazing 50% off!

This is a pretty well run store. The clothing is organized very well so you can see everything and don’t get overwhelmed by how much stuff there is. That’s important! It also has a very welcoming environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. The clothes themselves are good quality which is reflected in the price. My only complaint is that most of the styles they have only look good on petite women. I am average sized and large chested and most things in there don’t look good on my body type. I still recommend this place though because sometimes I do find stuff that works.

This location was awesome! I came in looking for knee-length modest shorts and walked away with the cutest pair and so much more! The employee working was super friendly and helped me in the dressing room by putting away items I didn't want and grabbing more for me to try on. Will definitely shop at Downeast again!

The clerks were both super helpful and friendly. Fun selection of styles and sizes. A little pricey in my opinion, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

The lovely staff was fun and friendly from the minute we walked in. They were very helpful with answering our questions and helping us get our order placed and delivered. They always have great items and great prices!

They can't look up returns with a credit card like most places can these days, they penalize you if you don't have reciept by 40%! And they say they can look you up by phone number but they never even asked for a number at time of purchase, which if it's that important then they should ask every time. Overall disappointed with my shopping experience.

Cute store with most items in stock. Popular sizes were missing on shorts and pants. When paying there was a miscalculation and I almost lost $25.00. T-shirts were really pricey at $40.00+ however there was a sale. Had to remind the cashier to take off the discount. Overall it was a good experience, just not a great one.

The store was filled with absolutely cute sweater, shorts jeans, skirts dresses. It was hard for me to pick. It was really clean organized well and the girl that helped me was so sweet and help me pick out just the right thing for me.
