Skylar was absolutely amazing and professional this morning! We're on our way back from Seattle to San Antonio, Texas and got a flat tire yesterday. Booked an appointment for this morning, and was in and out quickly! Much appreciated rapid resolution to yesterday's headache!

Bought a bunch of tires here over the years. Had those tires serviced, repaired and replaced at different times for different reasons. This most recent tire was a very odd size so it had to be ordered it got here quickly I received timely communication when they were ready and the thing that stands out me the most these guys they always have a smile on their face and they have a culture of hustle. They want to make you happy and they want to do it fast. Great work ethic, great service, excellent prices on good products that they stand behind. Ill keep coming back!

Staff is absolutely incredible! I was hesitant getting my two rear tires replaced- car stuff is always so daunting ? But Gabe over the phone was great! He had great recommendations and gave me an accurate quote. Alex, in person, checked me in and walked me through the process and what would be going on. Highly impressed & recommend!!

I came in with two 12-in tires that I had already mounted on the wheels, I just needed a balanced. I was given a 30-minute tie frame for completion. At 40 minutes when I walked up to check on everything I was notified that they were just jumping on it. I know the store I went to was under construction but it looked like they only had two guys in the bay and two cars in the bays. This location is extremely understaffed and not prepared for warranty work and walk in work. The staff were nice just overbooked and not able to handle the load. While I was there three other cars pulled up and drove off. So you guys are missing out on work because of your staffing shortages and mismanagement.

This location is OUTSTANDING. I spoke to Justin on the phone yesterday about how to get new tires. He was knowledgeable, positive and let me know they would be happy to help. I came in this morning and James got me set up with the right set for my vehicle. It was a busy morning and the team made sure I was attended to in a timely manner. James was professional, personable, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I am very impressed by the Discount Tire team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came to discount tire a few months ago and got new tires for my car, the service was great and the price was the most reasonable for what I was looking for! Today I brought my car back in to get one of the tires replaced due to running over a razor blade and they fixed it within 30 minutes, at no cost since I purchased the hazard insurance when I initially got the tires (which is only $33), and the staff is so friendly and personable! Super happy to have made the decision to come here!!

Took my car in for tire service and all the workers were extremely helpful, especially the manager Justin. They recommended certain products and services that were affordable and with my best interest in mind. Will go back again!

I have had great experiences with the Spanish Fork Location. They are fast efficient and friendly. I had to take one of our cars in to the Orem location for a flat and figured I would receive the same great service but I was very disappointed. We spoke to an agent over the phone in the morning who was very difficult to understand. He changed what was covered on multiple occasions during the conversation and in the end my husband and I repeated back twice what he told us to make sure we understood what was being done to the car. We were told that two tires were covered under warranty and we were getting two new tires. When we went to pick up the car later in the day only one had been replaced and we were told only one was covered. No call or communication on the change. My husband repeated back to the agent what he told us in the morning and he said he never told us that and the manager next to him said we were out of luck. I get mistakes are made but at least own up to the mistake and apologize.
Terrible customer service and communication. Won’t be going back to that location and maybe not to any discount tire after that experience.

I had a great experience here. My sales rep, Brigg, was friendly, respectful, prompt, and informative. The technicians inspected my tires, fixed a leak in one of them, and filled them with air (all free). They also did a full tire rotation & balance ($84, as my tires weren't purchased from them). The service was done quicker than I expected, only about 20 min total wait time with an appointment.
I'll definitely come back to this location for a new set of tires when I need them! (and when I can afford them, haha)

Briggs was FANTASTIC to work with! I recently got a new Subaru Crosstrek and with less than 200 miles on the odometer bad luck hit and I shredded a tire. Yeah it sucks to have to buy a new tire for a new car, but the staff made the process quick and easy for me. Briggs also met me outside when I first pulled in to get started right away checking me in. IMO, you can’t beat that kind of upfront quick service and attention to customers. Not only that, but he helped me get a free tire by purchasing protection on all the tires, which was cheaper than purchasing a single new tire. Now I’m protected in case more bad luck happens and it was cheaper than purchasing a new tire without protection.
I highly recommend this tire store to anyone in need of tire help.

Really lovely experience. Justin talked me out of what I initially was looking for, found me the tire I needed somewhere else, and referred me to there. These guys really have the best interest of the customer at heart!

Stellar quick service. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.
The people at the front desk are always super helpful and clear. I feel like they actively try to help you get the best deal.
The waiting area is clean and smells nice. Which isn’t always the case at auto places.
