My husband and I went in tonight to take a look at the infant car seats and strollers. We were not fan of having a salesperson down our throat the entire time. She was nice but we could tell she had no idea what she was talking about. At one point we were trying to hold a seat just to get an idea of how heavy it was, she would not let go of it. The seat was chained to the shelves so there was no way we could've stolen it. (We would never). She then stood there so my husband and I had no privacy to talk amongst ourselves. We left because we really didn't feel like being racially profiled any longer. They absolutely did not deserve our $1200.

Racheal was incredibly rude for no reason to me when I was trying to get help with a return . Return policy is seriously so bad, please go to another department store.

I went here yesterday and found a dress to buy for prom. My dad was going to buy it so I asked them to put it on hold. They said they would hold it until 8pm that night when they close. My dad went to the store at about 6:30pm and they had disregarded the fact that it was on hold and sold it to someone else. There was no other dress in my size in store so we had to order it and they would give us no sort of discount or anything to make up for their neglectfulness. If i could give zero stars I would. This was an awful experience.
