Every time I go to this pharmacy it is at least a half hour wait. They need to hire more people, or change something. Today, there were 9 people ahead of me when I got there. I have never not had to wait.

This CVS location is terrible. They never answer the phone, they don’t have prescriptions ready days after the doctor sends them over and have terrible customer service.

My experience at the CVS pharmacy in Orem was incredibly frustrating. The staff was unhelpful, and the lines were ridiculously long. It's disappointing when you need a quick solution, but instead, you're met with such inefficiency and indifference.

Always a long line. Often times no one at pickup window to help the line. Normally spend 45 min waiting just to pay at Pharmacy. I do not recommend them. I am petitioning my company to switch plans. Out of meds, horrible communication. I have found it easier to use Good RX and pay a bit more

I have been coming to this pharmacy with my family for years, today they told me they don’t have my medicine and they haven’t had it for months. Which is an absolute lie, I come here every month and my kids just got their medicine of the same filled from this pharmacy earlier this week.

The last few times I’ve been here, it just seems that the staff has become completely disinterested in helping. I understand they might be busy, but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to at least look up and acknowledge that there are multiple people waiting in line. Even a Simple “we will be right with you” seems like too much to ask. After waiting for a while, if you do, finally speak up, they act annoyed that you are there. Customer service at its worst.

Literally the worst cvs I have ever been to. They can not seem to get it together no matter who’s working. Even when the line is super long they are moving like molasses. Waited for almost AN HOUR for 1 prescription that I’ve been picking up no problem for years…

After struggling for a week to get the medication I required CVS finally notified me it had arrived. I drove across town to pick it up in the middle of the day. I arrived at 12:29 only to see every single employee leaving the pharmacy and shutting it down. The pharmacist told me it was ready, but I could pick it up after 1:00. Yep, every single employee had to go on lunch at the same time, not even leaving a tech for pickups. I called my dr, had my prescription transferred to a nearby pharmacy. They had it in stock and ready for me before I arrived, plus a drive through, which was so much better than fighting the busy parking lot at CVS and needing to go in. This is now my last resort place to go and I’m struggling to imagine a situation I’ll ever go there again.

They never have my automatic refill prescriptions ready. I’m always out of pills and have to wait at the pharmacy for over 30 minutes while they fill it every time. This is by far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Some days I spend 45 minutes waiting in line just to get to the register and wait another 30 minutes for them to fill my rx. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

This pharmacy sucks. Gave them a prescription and they didn't refill it or contact me to let me know it expired TWO MONTHS after i gave it to them. Horrible service, communication, and everything else. Kobe does a good job though

The worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Just before I ran out of my medication they told me they wouldn’t have it for two or three more days then I come three days later then they tell me I have to order it on top of having a monthly prescription to put it simply don’t go here if you need you’re medication because you will not be able to take it consistently and deal with the bs of the staff.

mfs put me on hold for like 50 years. i called them to check if I had a refill on a prescription and by the time someone got to the phone, I had forgotten why I was calling because I'm now 75 years old and diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Walgreens answers their phone faster
