Bought a car here a few months ago and I found them to be very good to work with. The car has been excellent and couldn't be happier. However, before we got the car the dealership took it to be serviced at a local oil change place. They put the wrong oil in and that caused a check engine light to come on a week after we bought it. The code was some nondescript message so we took it to a local mechanic. He said the most likely issue was the wrong oil - otherwise it's a major engine issue. Changed the oil, light went away, and now 7k more miles and nothing wrong. I'd give 5 stars but I think the dealership should have noticed the wrong oil issue based on the sticker or have chosen a better place to get it done. I would still highly recommend this place.

I’ve test drove two cars here. Jeff helped me both times. Both times I decided not to by the car. Not because the car was bad but because the car wasn’t exactly what I wanted. But working with Jeff was fantastic! Even though they didn’t have what I wanted he was extremely helpful and super easy to deal with. Both times I left thinking I’d buy a car from him. Thanks for being a good human and for being honest and kind.

I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life, the most recent of which was at Curtis Auto. It's the only time I didn't hate the experience.No games, just a fair guy making an honest living, which has not been my previous experience at the big dealers.

Make sure you take the car in for an opinion and general diagnostic. We bought a Honda Odyssey from them about 18 months ago and it had more problems than they told us about. Would have definitely paid $2000 less than we did, if we had just taken it to a mechanic for a look over.

Great place to go if you're shopping around for a car. They don't pressure you, and are very friendly. It was a pleasure working with Eric; he was honest and answered every question I had.

I traded in my truck and purchased another from Jim on Wednesday January 4th. I went over all the service that had been performed on my truck. He assured me that my new truck purchase had been to an independent mechanic for multiple point inspection although he could not produce the paperwork. I made a mistake and accept the responsibility of trusting him and not taking the truck for another inspection. The very next morning I had oil and antifreeze all under the truck. (The day before, Jim checked under the hood and said my oil was dirty and sent the truck to the mechanic to get an oil change. I thought what a great guy to care about doing this).Took the truck back to the mechanic that performed the oil change the day earlier. (great guy and honest). Showed me the problems. New radiator, new hoses, gaskets clamps etc. Said the vehicle should have never left the lot in this condition and must have not had the inspection done.I'm sad and disappointed as Jim wouldn't even offer to help nor return my call or text about the repairs ($1500) even though the mechanic reduced his fees cause he felt bad for what had happened.I felt betrayed and uncared for. I hold no hard feelings as I accept responsibility. It is just not good business practice. I would be cautious about this used car dealership!

I decided to stop in here to check out a car and I'm glad I did. They were much better to deal with than the last dealership I went to. No stupid hidden fees. Just a fair price on a vehicle. And Steve noticed my car was missing a cup holder that I didn't see. It was an inexpensive part but he still noticed it and ordered one in for me. Little things like that and replacing a trim piece was very nice of them.

Awesome Awesome place to go for a car.I bought a Car in December of 21, they took fantastic care of everything I needed and worked very well with my Bank to get the paper work in order.They fixed an issue on the car for me very fast and respectfulI will definitely be going back when I buy a new vehicle

These guys aren't running a dealership, it's a lemon orchard! Sold us a car that while its not yellow, it was still a lemon and that's all they sell. Avoid these fruit sales men at all cost!

Jeff you are the meanest. You and my husband were talking last night for more than half an hour about the Acura. You know he will go there and get it this morning but what you did? While he is on his way from Cedar to Orem (3 hrs) you texted him that it is already sold. Atleast have the decency to tell us that you want a different payment term and not making my husband go to Orem. So MEAN!!! Well you really don't care. And anyway he bought another car that day. A BETTER one from an AMAZING dealer (which is your opposite). Maybe you just want cash deals. With that attitude of yours, I don't understand while you are still in this business!

I bought a truck from them about a month and a half ago. My truck had recently died, and I needed a new one, fast.I went to Curtis Auto Sales and had found a pretty sweet truck. I was excited, and it seemed pretty good.I was excited that they offered a free warranty, but I wanted the extra coverage, so I opted for the 5 year warranty. I double checked and asked the salesman multiple times that the warranty would start right away, and he confirmed it did. Well, 3 weeks after I bought the truck, the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic and it turns out there was some pretty big engine trouble.I wasn't worried because I had purchased the warranty. Turns out there was a 45 day waiting period that I had to wait for it to be valid. I had asked the salesman multiple times if it started right away and he assured me it did, however it did not. I got the run around from them, and when I tried to call again, the salesman's number has been disconnected and so has the phone number that google has for them.After consulting my lawyer he has advised me to take legal action against Curtis Auto Sales, and a lawsuit will be coming soon.The cherry on top of this situation is, my plates still have not come in. I have called the DMV, and they said they have not received any registration from the dealer and there is nothing they can do. So I can't even drive my truck now, because the temporary registration has expired, and there is no phone number to get a hold of the company.I would avoid this company at all costs. We wanted to go to a dealer to make it easier on us. So far this company has been a nightmare.
