This is the best gym around. So welcoming to every level! I’ve been doing CrossFit for years and once I moved here I really started getting the feedback to make my lifts more efficient. Gyms like this are all about community and this place has got it dialed! Come hang with us!

I just barley had a baby almost 13 weeks ago, and I have been doing the 6 week challenge with RxFit. I had done weightlifting and was pretty active before my pregnancy but I had never done CrossFit before and so this was something new to me. I started at 7 weeks postpartum, and all the coaches and owners have been so great with working around my postpartum journey. They have modified workouts and helped me so much with the nutrition as I am also strictly breastfeeding, and they have made sure I am doing thing’s correctly as to not affect my supply. I am on my last week of my 6 week challenge and have been seriously LOVING this gym. I absolutely have loved all the coaches here and Coach Kali specifically has been so great to work with and has pushed me so much, I have been able to learn so many new movements and workouts and have pushed myself in such a different way that I’ve never done before. My biggest goal for the 6 week challenge was to feel strong again after having a baby, and I can definitely say that these past 5 weeks, I feel so strong and like myself again and have actually gained more strength in certain areas than I had before my pregnancy. All in all, I would absolutely recommend coming here! The community aspect is also such a huge plus and makes coming to the gym on the days I don’t want to so much easier! I love RxFit<3

I came to RxFIT after seeing an Instagram ad for their 6-week challenge. The goal was to reset my routine after a trash-month, learn some things, and go back to Vasa. I was skeptical after realizing the challenge had its costs, but decided to give it a try anyway. And I'm glad I did! In 6 weeks I got fitter with their program than I ever did on my own. I noticed visible as well as biometric changes - possible to track due to their InBody scan. Their equipment is nice and you can go to classes at any location. The coaches are really helpful in setting attainable goals and guiding you through the exercises. But my favorite part is the community sense you get from it - it's definitely easier to keep going when you're not alone. Of course their price is not that of chain gyms, but it's well worth the investment.P.S.: the 6-week challenge is only free if you complete all required steps, ***reach your goal***, and decide to get a refund instead of a membership. I wanna make this clear cause I didn't understand it myself.

I’ve been going for a month and participating in the 6 week transformation program and I have noticed a huge difference. Coach Kass is amazing and very helpful. I’m a beginner and I thought I would be intimidated by the people that were already here, but they make me feel welcome and safe. Definitely recommend coming here. Plus you never get bored of the workouts. I took a picture of my first day of progress and recent picture of my progress.

I’ve been going to 2 weeks under the gyms new ownership. They are Fabulous! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I started because I was headed into a negative spiral about my life, my body and feeling over weight after have my first child. I was sick of not having any energy and alway playing the wishing game but never taking action. I knew I needed a change. I love that the new 6 week challenge RxFit has focuses a lot on small steps to make a life time change. They focus on the mental and physical part of healthy living to help make a life time change that can start with just a 6 week challenge. Nothing is easy but this community has made it fun and easier to stay committed. In just the 2 weeks I’ve had more energy to play with my baby and get things I need don’t on the day to day. I’m so grateful for people who can help in the fitness world by make the step simple enough to understand so I can get my goals! Thank you!!

In one word, Amazing!! Such an amazing community and team. Kassi was my coach and she has helped me learn great form and is so positive all the time! Serria was my nutritionist and was amazing at finding the best diet for me! I was able to lose 12 pounds in 6 weeks. Genuine, nice, people. Would 10/10 recommend!

Working with the RX fit team has been phenomenal! Getting into the six week program was the best thing I could’ve done for myself physically and mentally. In just six weeks I was able to lose 17 pounds and can completely feel the difference. The team atmosphere and workouts are amazing, and having a coach by your side each day is awesome!Don’t be dumb, go to RX fit now!

My husband and I just completed the 6 week challenge and it was a great experience. Kassi, one of the trainers was amazing and worked with me to get my first muscle up! I was a little intimidated by calculating my macros everyday but Sierra the nutritionist was so helpful and made it so easy! The community at the gym is so welcoming and a great way to make friends.

I LOVE coming to RXFit. Great encouraging community. In just and hour, I get a great workout and I’m learning great technique. I’m doing their 6 week challenge and I’m just three weeks, I’ve already lost 4 pounds! This place has leveled up my health and fitness!

After only 1 month, I have thoroughly enjoyed the RxFit team and community and highly recommend their approach! For me personally, the workouts and nutrition guidance I have received have helped me lose nearly 9 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle! They work! I also love the range of experience in the classes - there are those just starting their fitness journey all the way up to friendly veterans. Everyone is there to improve, and so it is easy to get to know others and support and encourage one another.
