I have never had an easier experience setting up a phone line. It’s all thanks to the worker who helped us named Kellie!! She was very thorough and kind. She absolutely deserves praise and a raise!

I got a new phone and the lady helped me download all my files to my new phone, she is very professional. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you ?.

Usually decent service here. We did go today at 10:30 am but the door was locked with no sign of any employees even though store hours begin at 10:00 am and the open sign was flashing. We waited about 30 minutes but no one unlocked the door. That was very frustrating.
