I’m a little annoyed with my experience today. Firstly, I thought it was strange that the employees were mostly messing around when we came in and weren’t being quiet about it. Also when I went to check out the guy asked me if I wanted to round up for whatever charity and I said yes, instead of rounding up he did a $2 donation. I’m not one to complain about donating but that is not what he told me it was?!? The clothing is already expensive so I feel a little jipped finding this out when I get home. But over all I am happy with the dresses I bought today, I just hope they last. I once bought a dress from there and it completely fell apart in the wash.

associates avoid you like the plague. if they're working in an area you walk into they run away to another part of the store. and apparently there's zero dress code. associates walk around in white basically clear tube tops.

Every pair of pants I own with one exception (zumies) are from cotton on. Fantastic customer service and quality. The only thing I would say is more mirrors on the market floor, and not just in changing rooms for accessories and outerwear.

if i could give this store 0. i would. i am sick of the disrespect from the manager here, she accused me of stealing when I had NO such intentions. It is obnoxious shopping here. She always rolls her eyes at everyone shopping and is just the worst.

Super rude girl working at the register today. She said "What's your email?" I said "No thanks, we can skip that part." She responded, "oh ok. Then we can skip your part."....Confused, I went ahead and paid for the sweater, and she gave it to me (not folded, without a bag) and said there you go.I'm still confused. Why she didn't give me a bag I have no idea, but I left feeling insulted. Over a stupid email.Congrats Cotton On, the quality of your service now reflects the quality of your clothes ?

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Everytime I’ve been to this location they are always rude but today took the cake. We went in today and were shopping around when my sister saw a shirt she really liked on the mannequin. We proceeded to look around the store and couldn’t find it. So I did what I’ve done at every other store and grabbed a random one that was sitting at the bottom next to the mannequin and started to take the other shirt. The store employee then proceeded to shout from across the store not to take the shirt off. I then asked if she could come over and she told me that they aren’t allowed to take clothes off the mannequin. I proceeded to then ask how they sell things and the employee just scoffed and rolled her eyes. I’ve never been to a store that doesn’t allow you to take shirts that they no longer have in store off the mannequin clearly they worker was lazy and just didn’t want to come do it but I even offered to redress the mannequin. Never been to a store where they wouldn’t sell me a shirt. Def won’t be coming back to this store ✌?

Service there was horrible. The staff was rude and didn’t want to help at all. They cared more about taking pictures of the store than making a sale. Not one employee in there was friendly and you could tell they were annoyed we had walked in! So unprofessional!!

So we came yesterday and they said the dressing rooms close at 7. So we came back today at 4 and the dressing room is still closed and the employees are just like chilling talking with each other so I would’ve bought tons of stuff but wasn’t able to try anything on ?

Went in at 4:03 PM and got kicked out. Something about a picture. the store hours show 10 AM-9 PM, so how come I couldn't shop during hours?

My review is purely about the quality of the product. I found this magenta shirt here I was really excited about, to replace a similar shirt I had from another store that I had worn out. The first time I wore it, it dyed my undershirt red so I thought that was strange but maybe I just needed to wash it first and it would be fine. Several washes later, I'm traveling in Mexico, I've been wearing the shirt today and all the clothes I'm wearing today that came into contact with this shirt are now dyed red. A pair of white shorts? Red dye on the top. A grey back pack? Red dye on it. I don't even sweat that much so this is just ridiculous. I've never had this problem with any shirt I've owned ever. What is the dyeing process? Don't bother with the shirts because they'll just dye all your other clothing red and you can't get it out. So glad I ruined $100 worth for clothes for a $20 shirt.
