Shopping at Costco is always a great experience! The staff is consistently kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile — which makes a big difference during busy shopping trips.
The products are top quality, whether it's groceries, electronics, or home goods. But one of my favorite parts is their clothing section — they always have excellent deals on well-known brands, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality you get.
Costco combines great service, high-quality items, and amazing promotions, making it one of my favorite places to shop. Highly recommended!

sent my son with my card and the cashier did not allow him to buy 2 cases of water because it was not his card. The policies were a little silly and the service was disappointing.

Bodi Carter gets 10 stars for getting my membership card issue fixed. It took 5 other visits at other costcos to not get it done... but bodi knew what and how to do it.

Love Costco! During Christmas, self check out line was SUPER LONG! But employees really went the extra mile!
Don't know the guys name, but he has dyed red hair, tall, helped us and the lady ahead of us at self check out in Orem.

Their customer service is the worst of any Costco I've ever been in. I have had countless unpleasant encounters with their staff, the most recent being today, when my husband went in to buy tomatoes ($6 IS ALL) and they rudely rejected him because our card expired 4 days ago. I had set it on auto-renew, and apparently the app didn't process it correctly. Instead of kindly helping my husband renew his card or giving a free pass for a one-time $6 purchase, he was yelled at by Melinda (who has been unkind to us and other customers on other occasions) and kicked out of the store. Absurd. They need to improve their customer service dramatically, because they just lost our service.
