“4 stars because Jeremy figured out what happened to our projector when the installer couldn't find it at the store. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. Jeremy canceled the store pickup and ordered it for home delivery. Now we'll see if it arrives on time. The next install appointment is 2 weeks from now. Definitely think Best Buy should do better in making sure things are in store for scheduled installations!”

“Came to PC Laptops with an obscure keyboard issue. Since the issue was intermittent, Sam wasn't able to pinpoint the problem exactly, but he cleaned my laptop inside and out and did what he could to sort out any potential problems. He was a tad on the cryptic side about what exactly he was doing, but was friendly and did good work.”
