This place is a cesspool of incompetent charlatans. I can honestly say that I have never worked with such an unreliable, deceitful and inept group of people. If you don't want to spend hours, which turn into days going in circles and getting lip service just to find out where your money is - STAY AWAY!

AVOID THIS BUSINESSS!!!! I worked with this company as a payment processor for my Shopify store since June 2022. The company held 10% of all my reserves from all sales, which was normal procedure and I didn't mind. However, after my reserve balance grew to over $10,000 I started inquiring about when and how those funds were released. This is where things started to get weird. I was informed reserves are held for 6 months since account open and would be able to request a release on Dec 8th. So, once Dec 8th came I had requested again and filled out the required form. I was then told a few days later that they denied me and would not release my money to me. No valid reason given at all. Then shortly after the company began holding 100% of my payments without any notice. Once I started asking them why they are now holding 100% of my money and wont release my reserve balance, I was ignored for almost 7 days while they continued to steal my money while I was still shipping products to customers. Finally, a week later they responded and told me now they decided to close my account for no reason at all. I did nothing wrong, no policy violations, only asked for my money that was rightfully mine. So now after closing my account they inform me they are going to hold my money for another 6 months. Not only the 10% reserve balance but also 100% of my income from the last week they were ignoring me. My reserve balance is now nearly $15,000 they are holding hostage without any explanation. They let my reserve balance add up to a substantial amount and then suddenly decide to close my account for no reason at all and just so they can hold my money another 6 months longer and tell me nothing I can do about it. This is terrible business practice. They have no right to hold my hard earned money. I asked many times just for 50% to be released but they are not willing to help. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a merchant processor and completely unethical to treat customers this way.

It is now NEXIO, they keep all my sales in reserve $6000 after 2 years of trying get any fund release or any answer they say will keep the $6000 for cancelation fee, stay away for CMS or NEXIO they will steal your money

Let me tell you how happy I am right now with Andrew's help. We have been trying to get our credit card reader working for a few days without success. Andrew in my new tech support Guru. He was able to walk me through the process and my credit card reader is NOW WORKING!!!! Yay! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Andrew :)

We got off to a somewhat inauspicious start, but after the minor bugs were worked out your system has been a tremendous time saver. I am so glad we made the change from Priority payments to CMS.

CMS has been really great to work with! My main contacts are Doug and Chris H and they both are very responsive and are able to assist with any problem or issue that may arise. Their whole team is quick to respond and they are always able to explain the complexities of credit card processing in a way that is easy to understand.

Transactions happen in a smooth manner. Whenever questions have arisen we have had instant access to customer support and our questions have been answered within the hour, or sooner. Professionalism with a friendly manner makes it pleasant to work with CMS reps. We highly recommend CMS for your credit card processing needs; they are an excellent company!

I wish ALL customer service techs were like Sam S.Called with a problem with our Pay Saber. Once I explained he knew exactly what was the problem and had it corrected in minutes.Extremely personable and friendly.We have been with CMS for a fews years and everyone from our rep Brad C to customer service have been wonderful to work with.I HIGHLY recommend them.

Today I called in 11-8-19 to see if my account has been reviewed. I sent in a request for a 24hr deposit of my funds instead of a 3 day hold that was on the account. However I put in the request 2 days ago and was told I would recieve a response the next day, I called that next day and nothing was decided anyways told they should have a decision the next following day 11-8-19. So today I called in and spoke with Anna Mablee and she informed me no updates have been done on the account but to let her look into the matter for me. She placed me on a brief hold and when she came back to the phones she had a answer for me an got us approved for a one day hold instead of the three day hold I was previously on. Our company would like to commend Anna on her professionalism and GREAT customer service skills. She put the customer first and instead of just giving me bad news to call back at a later date she got our situation resolved quickly and thoroughly. She definitely needs to be commended by her superior management department for displaying the right attitude that's a customer. I would like to thank Anna again! Keep up the good work you rock, Go girl!!

I hate to do this but after months of trying to cancel my account with them, I am STILL being billed charges for services I am no longer using! This all started last fall (2019) where we cancelled our processing subscription. We filled out all the correct paperwork and was assured it was taken care of. Here we are in MAY OF 2020 and still being pinged for charges that are NOT supposed to be coming out. I've worked with several of their customer service reps all who have apologized, reversed the charges and promised me the fees would stop. I can't understand why they are unable to remove our information! I set up a stop payment and block with my bank for all future CMS charges only for them to run the charge AGAIN AND IT GO THROUGH. I'm frustrated with both CMS and our bank. Please, for the love of God, remove my dang bank info!
