Play super SUPER loud music and bass that shakes through the apartments and houses in the nearby vicinity after hours. Since it's after hours, they don't answer the door or phone, so you can't even talk to them. It's extremely inconsiderate considering there are families with young children and those who have to work early in the morning.

Efren and his team at Complete Automotive Solutions are the best around! Always a fair price for great work. They are honest about what actually needs to be done on your car and help you save money. I have been a loyal customer now for 5 years and haven’t met anyone I trust more with my vehicles!

Took my car in and they were able to find and resolve the issue on the same day! Charged a reasonable price and were super honest about what needed to be done! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Bought a Jeep Commander from them and they were very helpful and honest. Efren pointed out issues that he was aware of and was very friendly. Check engine light came on after a few days and he went out of his way to take care of it with no questions asked. Much appreciated! Thank you guys! Will definitely be back.

I found Efren to be very honest and forthright. I bought a used VW from this shop with a year warranty on the new used engine which he installed after the original engine seized. I felt the price was very fair. He even arranged to have some minor body work done to it for a fair price. It's been a great car! He even recently repaired a relatively minor issue with the heater that was discovered during a recent cold spell. He charged me nothing because "it should have worked." It wasn't something I tested thoroughly when I bought it in the spring.

This shop is amazing The owner of the shop is awesome! He’s extremely friendly, honest, knowledgeable and very fair.My husband and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon with a number of issues we needed fixed on our truck that wasn’t passing emissions. We were needing them fixed pretty quickly and even though they were busy they managed to squeeze us in. Not only did the owner fix my husbands truck with in the time frame we needed it done but he squeezed in another one of our vehicles that just happened to have an issue that same day we brought the truck in.The owner was always available to answer our questions and concerns no matter the time of day. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way we could understand. My husband and I haven’t met a mechanic like him in so long! He is very trustworthy and honest and for us that’s been hard to come by with previous mechanics we’ve used.With all of the work he did the pricing was on the low end of what we thought we were going to having to pay. They also offer financing which is how we stumbled across there business to begin with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! As long as they are in business they will have ours!

TL;DR: Great customer service with fair prices. My car's alternator died while driving on State Street and I was barely able to limp into a parking lot so I could call a tow. When I looked up, I was in a mechanic's lot! Before even a customer, I was given a quick jump so I could move the car into park, and given a free ballpark troubleshoot before I decided to just leave my car with this unknown mechanic, and I am very glad I did! The repairs were done much faster than I anticipated, and when I went in to pay, he told me that he couldn't find the part at a fair price, but spent an hour tracking it down for me, saving me about $300. When he gave me the total price, it was on the low end of what Google said I should expect. This is my new mechanic if I ever have any future issues.

Great repair shop and attention to detail by the owner. I had to be towed in on their flat bed, repaired my AWD Acura RDX and gave some great advice on future maintenance for the upcoming winter. Great Service, Great People, Caring Shop. Highly recommend A+
