“I love shopping at the Habitat for Humanity (or Restore) in Orem. I have been able to find many bargains there. Since I have rentals, there is always something that needs fixing or replacing and Restore is the place to go for finding doors, windows, cabinets, light fixtures, paint etc, etc! Dawn, the manager, is always helpful to assist in anyway possible as well as the other friendly employees and volunteers. I would highly recommend shopping at the Orem Restore!”

“We have been sending our kids here for their child care program for over a year now and it has been absolutely wonderful! They have amazing teachers! It was a bit nerve-wracking sending my 2 month old to daycare for the first time, but the infant teachers are so wonderful! Miss Christella is wonderful with the infants and my now 11 month old son is so excited every time he gets to see her at drop off. Their 3 year old and preschool classes are also amazing! My four year can tell me all about syllables, can do basic addition, and constantly tells me about what they have been learning in class. The only reason we are leaving Kids on the Move is because we are moving out of state. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a quality child care center. The teachers here really understand child development and are highly qualified!”

“I had the best experience during a difficult moment at this clinic. I was miscarrying after going to the er where they told me everything looked perfect and didn’t mention the possibility of miscarriage going forward. I came in at 11am with extreme pain and they treated me in the kindest way while expressing their concern, everyone was extremely helpful. They rushed to get me an appointment with a doctor coming from the hospital. I know this time of year is very busy for them yet they managed to make me a priority. I’m grateful for the doctor being willing to come to see me. He was very respectful and let me know his concerns from the beginning and we confirmed miscarriage through an ultrasound. I am so grateful for everyone and their help.”

“I would recommend this place to get along with other people from the LGBTQ community and let yourself out of your shell!?️‍⚧️?️‍?⚧️When I went there last year in the beginning of January I was very nervous to talk to new people especially when I’m always alone and have zero friends which still do now but when I first went in they were very nice and polite and even gave me a small tour around the house and meet very nice people there! Then I started going there to see who I really was and went to the Monday Group and the Thursdays group and at first I was a gay girl but as more I come to this place and going back to the past I finally discovered that I was a transgender man and not a girl and they never have met me as male yet but when ever I go back to Provo to live I would wanna go back and hope to tell the transgender group of how I discovered that I was ment to be a male and not my birth gender. So love these guys! ??️‍⚧️”

“What is residential treatment like?Long-term residential treatment is an immersive learning experience. Many students at The Heritage Community arrive under some incredibly challenging circumstances to a new environment with 24/7 supervision, a no drug & alcohol policy, roommates, housemates, new rules, new expectations, new adult mentors, new classes, new teachers, and at least one assigned therapist.Every person brings their own unique background and looks for where they can fit in The Heritage Community. There are some artistic kids and talented singers who come through and have their own opinion on the best way to keep themselves entertained. There are positive and negative behaviors choosing between the good and bad is a challenge for many of the people on the campus. What is it like as a youth residential treatment coach? The strong coaches and mentors who work in the Elevate Academy are lightning rods of support and strength.A coach spends time with the challenges of youth, takes time, and works with the youth to find solutions. When has life gotten better at The Heritage Community?Just the other day, a kid learned how to ride a bike for the first time in their life.”
