“Love it here, and the people there are always nice and considerate. I wish the store was bigger cause its so packed with how tiny it is and even more so when there are people there and they are always at least a few people if not then there are a ton of people making a tight squeeze or having to wait to see things. I also wish there was more of a selection of products, especially in the plus sizes. Other than those few things, I love it here and the product they sell and is one of my go to places for fun, unique, cute, and fandom type clothing, accessories, and much more!”

“OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in.”

“Great variety. Lots of styles and brands to choose from. This store is full of classy and dressy styles. The women's department has more to choose from and more options for sizes. There weren't many size options in some of the men's items. But, it was clean and organized, and customer service was friendly!”

“needed to return a dress that was too itchy to wear, I had the receipt and the tags but they weren't attached. they said their policy was returns only with tags attached but the girl helping me asked her supervisor and they gave me a one time exception because I had the tags and they just told me next time to have them attached, great service thanks for understanding guys!”

She was so professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. She gave suggestions of the style of jeans I wanted and never made me feel pressured. “They have a decent collection of nice clothes that are fairly low priced for what you are getting. They are usually short staffed for registers so you will be waiting a long time in line during the busier hours.”
“All of the clothes are Mikarose are seriously so cute! I came in to buy some dresses for church and I was not disappointed! I would have really bought more if I had the money for it, but I loved everything I saw. Customer service was great! I loved how friendly all the employees were and the girl at the fitting rooms was so happy to help me! As someone who also works in retail, I was so impressed with everyone's kindness!”
“My daughter and I stopped in at the gap close to closing time. we tried on several items of clothing. The two ladies working were so kind and sweet, and never made us feel like a burden. They helped us out and gave us the best customer service. We were super grateful for their kindness and the great experience we had on February 29.”
“Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.”

“Great place to shop - look for the deals isle for steals. Usually deals here are misleading (for example the sign will say they will have $10 tee shirts, but it really in the fine print it means the second one you buy you get for $10). Good selection of tshirts, vans, and pants for men.”

“This store is awesome! The manager on duty Tory was so nice and helpful. She complimented my outfit and brightened my day. She had a big smile the whole time and was super friendly to everyone in the store. I could tell she was working her butt off to keep the store tidy as well as she helped me find what I was looking for. Even helped at the checkout. She’s awesome and honestly is the reason I’ll be returning to this store! 5 stars!”

“This is my favorite clothing store. The clothes are trendy and gorgeous, and I have found excellent deals. I live when I can get a pair of jeans for $15 that would normally be $30 or a lovely silk evening gown for $16. It's also nice to sell clothes I no longer want and get store credit for them. Today I cashed in on my store credit and didn't pay a thing.”
